Pros:

Its was a nice quiet location.
Tea and coffee facilities were outside my rooms door.

Cons:

I had a shower . The pressure was low and it was just right temperature then I heard a pump kick in about 5 mins into shower and the pressure rose rapidly and it turned scolding hot . Jumped out quickly.
Also no curtains blind in bathroom. Bit disconcerting

Good value for money stay clean rooms and good host thanks
Pros:

Location perfect for us visiting family, rooms were clean and well lit, check in was a breeze and communication with the owner spot on.

Cons:

The bed was a bit small, but other than that no complaints.
