Sejour agréable dans l'ensemble, mais des améliorations sont nécessaires concernant le Wi-Fi.
Pros:

J'ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l établissement,la propreté des lieux ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.
Le séjour s'est deroulé dans une ambiance agréable et reposante.
L'emplacement était également satisfaisant.

Cons:

La connexion wi-fi était très instable et aucun code d'accès n'était affiché dans les chambres .
Il fallait régulièrement solliciter le personnel ou se rendre à la réception pour obtenir la connexion, ce qui était contraignant.
Il serait préférable que les connexions Wi-Fi soient directement disponible dans les chambres et que la qualité de la connexions soit améliorée.

Pros:

Всегда останавливаемся в Redisson в разных странах, все очень нравится. Всегда чисто, вкусно, уютно, кровати шикарные. На все пожелания приносили воды, чай. Поменяли номер как нужно было. Расположены возле метро, что удобно. 20 минут и вы в центре. Сауна и бассейн очень хорошие.

Excellent stay except for the street noise
Pros:

We loved this hotel for its convenient location, just about 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was generous and varied, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The main drawback was our room’s location facing the highway. Traffic noise continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. To our surprise, the hotel did not seem to have adequate soundproofing or noise insulation in the rooms, which significantly affected our overall comfort.

Pros:

Интериорът беше много красив, елегантен и добре помислен.
Имаше всичко необходимо и персоналът беше изключително мил. Готвачите бяха повече от страхотни! Бяха на закуската и понеже много ми хареса мокрия кекс и показаха как мога да го направя. Изумена съм!

Отель новый, чистый приятно везде пахнет и номера большие особенно ванные комнаты, расположение не самое хорошее для туризма или отдыха. Но для рабочей поезди вполне хорошо.

Cons:

Останавливался несколько раз и единственное что мне не понравилось это персонал на ресепшене, в ресторане персонал отзывчив и приятный так же как персонал уборки.
Но на ресепшене работают далеко не самые отзывчивые люди

Приехали сюда так как были в сетке в других странах.

Cons:

Чтобы искупаться в бассейне, нужно докупать обязательно шапочку для плавания, в номер за почти 5к лир, не входит одноразовая шапочка, и стоит 300 лир, вопрос в том что утром идя в бассейн освежиться на 10 минут, я не хочу думать об этом
