Unfortunately, the SPA was disappointing. The sauna had an unpleasant smell, and the steam room was in poor condition, with exposed damaged wires, no steam, and a lack of proper maintenance. The SPA facilities clearly need significant improvement.

Struttura è super pulita tutti abbastanza gentili non così tanto diciamo qualcuno della staff molto gentili altri onestamente un aria di superioritá , ma dettata da cosa un addetto alla reception prende 800€ al mese a istanbul , e si permette ad avere la puzza sotto il naso , ridicolo , aria di sufficenza nei confronti del clienti , tralaltro ho subito un operazione e non stavo bene avrei gradito un pò più di umanità , mi ha rovinato la vacanza quel ragazzo bianco con gli occhiali alla reception , sorridere ed essere accondiscendeti con il cliente credo sia la prima cosa per una struttura a 5 stelle , è stato tutto fantastico ma quel coglione alla reception ha fatto perdere 100 punti alla struttura io torno a istanbul almeno 3 volte l’anno e di sicuro non rimetterò piede in questa struttura

التكيف يفصل عند الخروج من الغرفه و الجو حار جدا و الغرفه الثانيه مع وجودنا بالغرفه التكييف سئ جدا رغم اخبار الفندق بس مافي استجابه
