Jasny widny czysty pokój. Możliwość korzystania ze wspólnej dobrze wyposażonej kuchni. Dodatkowo dużo miejsca do spożycia posiłków. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka mieszkająca obok. Z jej inicjatyw motocykle zaparkowane zostały przed jej domem za zamkniętą bramą. Okolica spokojna i cicha trochę z boku centrum do którego pieszo jest ok.10 minut.
