Tuve un problema que fue culpa de Booking, no del hotel, y en el hotel estuvieron super pendientes para poder ayudarnos con ello todo lo posible pese a que ellos no tenían responsabilidad ninguna. Mención especial a Katherine que fue muy paciente, amable y atenta en todo momento, pero en general todos nos ayudaron mucho con este problema.

La habitación, una de las que daban al mar y la pisicna, era confortable, las zonas comunes son bonitas y están decoradas con gusto, la zona de la piscina es super agradable para relajarse mirando al mar. El sitio en general es muy bonito.

El trato en general también fue exquisito y todo el mundo fue super amable, camareros, personal de recepción etc. Nos dieron una bebida de recibimiento y Toni nos atendió siempre muy bien.

Cons:

Me chirrió que no limpian las habitaciones salvo un día que lo pedimos, pero creo que puede ser algo cultural, porque nos ha pasado en varios hoteles en Nicaragua, en Europa es habitual que el personal limpie las habitaciones todos los días aunque no lo pidas.

La piscina necesita algo de mantenimiento, no el mantenimiento diario que hace el personal y que pude comprobar que hacían todo el tiempo, sino que había musgo o similar tanto en las paredes como en el suelo.

Maravillosas mini vacaciones
Pros:

La comida fue maravillosa, el menu es selecto pero muy bueno, la habitación muy confortable, la cama y las almohadas muy comodas, la vista desde mi habitación hermosa.

Cons:

El calor de León :) pero eso es inevitable. Me hubiese gustado contar con agua caliente en las habitaciones.

Veldig koselig hotellområdet, og de ansatte tok oss godt i mot. Vi følte oss som hjemme.

Cons:

Eneste negative er at hotellet ligger ganske langt unna «sentrum» av Las Peñitas, så det er ikke så mange andre restauranter i nærheten. Men maten på hotellet var veldig god.

Great beachfront hotel.
Pros:

Great beach side hotel. Our room was comfortable, the pool and outside areas were great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
