Pros:

My stay at La Maison‑Blanche in Pomy was truly heartwarming. The room offered a gentle sense of comfort and calm, the kind that immediately makes you feel at home after a long day on the road. Everything was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and bathed in a peaceful atmosphere that reflects the charm of the Swiss countryside.
The discreet team was gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind — the sort of hospitality that stays with you. The setting itself, just outside Yverdon‑les‑Bains, adds a quiet beauty to the experience, with soft landscapes, lake views and a feeling of serenity from the moment you arrive.
La Maison‑Blanche is one of those rare places where simplicity meets authenticity. I keep a wonderful memory of my stay and would return without hesitation.

Bus-Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr ruhig, da muss aber bemerkt werden, dass das Restaurant geschlossen war.

Un peu en périphérie d’Yverdon
Pros:

Instructions pour le check in claires. L'absence de personnel est pratique pour une arrivée libre mais enlève un peu d'humanité.
Chambre spacieuse. Bouteille d'eau et café lyophilisé appréciables.

Cons:

La télévision est mal réglée, bcp de chaines inaccessibles. La RTS 1 et RTS 2 introuvables ou alors très perdues dans la multitudes de canaux.
Cheveux sur le lit.
Lit supplémentaire (3 lits) prend bcp de place.

Lage des Hotels sehr gut, Zimmer für zwei Nächte ok, aber nicht für länger.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Preis war für diese Unterkunft ok. Zimmer und Bad war sauber gereinigt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, macht sich vor allem auch im Bad bemerkbar. Wir hatten beim Zimmer 13 Probleme mit dem Schlüssel, dieser konnte nach zuschliessen nicht herausgenommen werden, erst mit etwas Geduld und längerer hin und her Bewegung. Dies jedes Mal nach abschliessen. Haben es am zweiten Tag der Reinigungsfrau, die wir zufällig gesehen haben, gemeldet, danach war es besser.

Sympa!
Pros:

En pleine canicule, la chambre reste fraiche, sans climatisation ni ventilateur. Un simple courant d'air entre deux fenêtres a fait l'affaire.
Il y a un garage disponible pour les vélos.
Le resto à coté est très sympa. Populaire et sans prétention, la nourriture est bonne et le personnel très sympa.
Difficile de trouver mieux pour le même prix en Suisse. Il est par contre assez facile de trouver nettement moins bien et vachement plus cher.

Cons:

L'hotel est en haut d'une belle pente. Pas un soucis en voiture, en bus ou à pied, mais en vélo avec mes bagages j'ai un peu galéré.
Pas de personnel sur place. Après la patronne répond rapidement au téléphone et aux SMS, donc c'est pas trop grave.

Cons:

C'est plus une histoire de goût mais le lit est trop souple je préfère les matelas plus ferme et pas de ventilateur...
