Schönes Zimmer, gute Lage und super preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Ruhig, zentral gelegen, mitten in einem lebhaften Viertel. Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Nette Gastgeberin!

Cons:

Man wohnt praktisch mit einer Familie zusammen, daher heisst es auch homestay. Es ist alles gut nur eine Sache hat uns etwas verwirrt: Man muss die Schuhe ausziehen bevor man die Treppe hochgeht ins Zimmer

Muy cómodo alojamiento
Pros:

Por la noche no se oyen ruidos porque está ubicado en un callejón. La atención del personal muy buena. Muy amables.

Cons:

La cama supletoria era muy incómoda pero la de matrimonio era muy cómoda por lo que pudimos dormir los tres juntos.

Homestay agréable et confortable très bien équipé
Pros:

Tout était très bien. Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée, avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Petit déjeuner très bon. L’emplacement était pratique et le lieu était calme.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils ont réceptionné et gardé un colis pour moi, et m’ont lavé quelques vêtements gracieusement. C’est un endroit idéal pour visiter Ho Chi Minh Ville.

Perfect, affordable and packed with value and homey inclusions
Pros:

Of all the places I stayed in Vietnam over 2 weeks, this was the least fancy and the most affordable but the most comfortable and effortless. Super friendly family-run homestay with host onsite and always contactable - Amy was super friendly, spoke perfect English and provided a great cooked-to-order breakfast each day consisting of eggs, baguette, crepes, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and coffee. We were especially impressed by the included filtered water at the homestay which saved us buying wasteful bottled water, free laundry services and eco-friendly touches preventing unnecessary linen changes. The homestay is in a not-too-touristy residential area with the central touristy areas a ~5min walk away - perfectly central for tourists without being right in the thick of the hustle and bustle.

Cons:

No complaints! If you have mobility issues, FYI there are only stairs (3 stories) and no elevator, but at a homestay I wouldn't expect one.
