Pros:

Lugar es muy bonito, suficiente para una noche de trabajo! Bien ubicado, centrico y estrategico.

Cons:

La limpieza muy mala, el piso estaba sucio. El recepcionista de la noche no tenia mucha predisposicion para servir.

Muy mala opción para hospedarse en Guayaquil

El tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

El desayuno es muy malo, la atención es pésima. Solo mantienen a alguien en recepción, que no siempre está. Incluso es él/ella quien además sirve el desayuno. La limpieza de la habitación es deficiente y me preguntaron que si yo quería que me la arreglaran o no; increíble.

I have stayed here before, last year ,but evidently service has gone downhill since…. Sad.

Place is clean

Cons:

No hot water in room and the entire property smelled of sewage. I believe this is due to the property is adjacent to a body of water that is stagnant and the fact that Ecuador is a developing country without proper sewage treatment systems.Staff on duty was non attentive….the young man at the desk gave the perception that he would like to be anywhere but there….
