Colazione, veramente minimale, e fornita da loro. Niente caffè o latte

L'hôtel est en plein milieu du quartier festif d'Istanbul. A éviter absolument si vous n'êtes pas un ou une fêtard.e. Extrêmement bruyant jusqu'à 2 heure du matin.

L'unico motivo per scegliere questa struttura è la posizione vicinissima alla via principale di Istanbul, alla metro e alla funicolare. Per gli italiani segnalo inoltre, sempre a due passi, il bar Caffè Nero dove poter trovare il vero espresso italiano.

Tutto il resto è al limite della decenza.

Parlo di una camera Deluxe con balcone.
La camera all'arrivo era irrespirabile per la puzza di fumo, poi fortunatamente andata via dopo lungo arieggiamento, trovati letti fatti alla meno peggio. Dormire era quasi un'impresa considerando il materasso terribile e i locali adiacenti con musica alta fino a notte inoltrata.
Ma i particolari più scandalosi che ho trovato sono stati il lavabo del bagno con una misura inferiore a quelli che ci sono sulle navi con conseguente puntuale allagamento ad ogni minimo utilizzo e la mancanza di una presa di corrente sempre nel bagno. Ovviamente manca il bidet e qualsiasi seppur minimo appoggio per gli effetti personali.
Colazione uguale ogni giorno e già preparata sul tavolo del cliente, mancano macchina caffè, latte, brioches..
In conclusione quindi esperienza purtroppo negativa, non pessima solo perché scelta per la posizione che ha un peso specifico importante nella valutazione complessiva.

It's very bothersome to pass all the bars if you don't like to party (they don't leave you alone). Also it's a rather touristy and expensive area. The bedsheet kept coming off, it was too small for the bed, under the bedsheet were some hairs and whatever we dod, the bedsheet came off every night.
We didn't have a bin in the room, (only a tiny one in the bathroom) - and also after asking for one it wasn't possible to get one. There was no water offered by the hotel! Also no daily room cleaning.
And the breakfast was okay, but there was no turkish tea or coffee, only instant coffee and a teabag with water in a flask.

Our room was 101 right across night club with very loud outside music that stops around 3am. Big minus if your trying to sleep before that.

My experience was quite stressful, mainly because of the arrival and the noise during the night.

A week before check-in, I started trying to arrange an airport transfer, since I was arriving around 1:30 a.m. Communication was quite difficult because of the staff’s limited English. After a lot of insistence, they finally gave me the name of the company responsible for the transfer. I repeatedly asked for information about the driver and the car, including a photo, for safety reasons, but they never sent me anything. They told me to contact them on the day of my arrival and said they would send the information then. I did, but again received nothing. They then said they would send the information when I arrived at the airport — and again, nothing was sent.

When I arrived, the driver was not there. I contacted the hotel, but they also had no idea what was happening. Eventually, they sent another driver, who did not even know where I was waiting. After this whole situation, which was extremely stressful at 2 a.m. in a foreign country, I finally managed to get to the hotel.

The location was also a problem for me. The hotel is on a street full of bars, with loud music, drunk people, shouting, and a lot of activity throughout the night. My room faced the street, and it was practically impossible to sleep. Even at 3 a.m., there was still a lot of noise and shouting.

I do want to point out that the staff were very helpful and tried to assist me in every way they could, especially Ayhan. The problem was not a lack of willingness to help, but rather the combination of a very poorly organized arrival and an extremely noisy location.

If you are looking for a place to rest, especially after a late-night flight, I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was too dark. It needs more lighting. And didn’t really use the balcony as it just looks on to a backyard full of junk

Cu o zi înainte de cazare am trimis un mesaj hotelului, cu rugămintea de a-mi da adresa parcării intrucat hotelul este poziționat pe o străduță pietonală. Bineînțeles că nu am primit niciun răspuns.A doua zi cand am ajuns, ne-au cerut pe parcare 25 € ,in ideea in care pe Booking parcarea era trecuta 15€. Am întrebat receptionerul si ne-a sugerat sa sunam la poliție si sa rezolvam noi problema cu cei de la parcare daca nu ne convine.
Baia slab luminata si neigienizată corespunzător.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!!The new items I had just purchased and left in my shopping bag inside my room were stolen. When I asked for the security footage, I was told the cameras were “under maintenance,” and instead of helping me, the hotel owner scolded me, saying: “Are you the one who decides that?”, “It’s just one bag, why are you making such a big deal?” and “Go complain wherever you want.” At the police station, I was also warned that hotels still using old-style physical keys can pose serious security risks. If you stay at this hotel, neither your personal safety nor the safety of your belongings is secure!!

I booked this hotel for my mother and my brother, and overall, they had very positive feedback about their stay. However, on the day of their departure, they asked the receptionist if it would be possible to have breakfast at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m., so that they could catch their taxi to the airport.
Although they had mentioned this several times the day before their departure, the receptionist refused to serve them breakfast. I find this very unusual and disappointing for such a nice hotel, especially as they had informed the hotel of their request in advance.
I would really like to understand why this request was refused in such a rude manner. I travel frequently around the world, and I have never experienced such a situation before.
