The room I was offered was filthy. The air conditioning didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom drain was full of hair and some kind of sludge. The toilet was soiled with feces. There were scraps of toilet paper stained with feces on the floor. The bedroom walls were covered with some strange substances and hair. The entire facility smelled terrible. Poorly installed electrical outlets were sticking out of the walls, posing a risk of electric shock and fire. The hotel owner was aggressive. In response to my complaints, he offered me another room that was in exactly the same condition. And when I refused that one as well, he threw me out of the hotel and threatened me with physical violence. I was there with my 12-year-old daughter, so I left the place as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, my experience is not unique. This hotel has a lot of negative reviews on Google that describe experiences similar to mine. The Blue Hotel is unfit for human habitation. Its sanitary conditions pose a threat to health and life.

Προσοχή σε αυτό το κατάλυμα για την ασφάλειά σας! Κατά την άφιξή μας, ο ιδιοκτήτης προσπάθησε με ψευτοευγένεια να μας παραπλανήσει και μας πήγε σε άλλο δωμάτιο από αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει. Όταν του το επισημάναμε, η συμπεριφορά του άλλαξε και άρχισε να μας μιλάει με έντονη ειρωνεία. Μας οδήγησε τελικά στο σωστό δωμάτιο, το οποίο όμως μύριζε απαίσια, ήταν εντελώς ακάθαρτο και μη έτοιμο, παρόλο που η ώρα είχε πάει σχεδόν 14:00.Όταν εκφράσαμε τα δίκαια παράπονά μας για την καθαριότητα, ο ιδιοκτήτης έχασε τον έλεγχο, άρχισε να φωνάζει και με μεγάλη απρέπεια μας έδιωξε έξω. Ένας άνθρωπος τόσο απότομος και εριστικός είναι επικίνδυνος για τους ταξιδιώτες. Μην το προτιμήσετε!

Έκλεισα μέσο booking 4 μέρες πριν και μόλις πήγα για checking μου είπαν ότι δεν είχε διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο,

There is no reception, the restaurant is closed even though the sign says 8.30-10.30 open . No breakfast
No elevator!

Τα δωμάτια δεν είναι αυτά που φαίνονται στηνBooking . Έχει ένα κρεβάτι διπλό καλό αλλά για τρίτο άτομο έχει έναν ΚΑΝΑΠΕ Παλιό 25χρονων τουλάχιστον.Γενικα ειναι φτιαγμένο στα γρήγορα.Στο πρώτο δωμάτιο που πήγαμε ήταν σπασμένο το κρεβάτι σπασμένο το πόμολο της πόρτας και στο ΤΑΒΑΝΙ υπήρχαν σημάδια και μυρωδιά ΜΟΥΧΛΑΣ.Αλλαξαμε δωμάτιο που ήταν καλύτερο αλλά το Μπάνιο μικρό.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had and the way we were treated by the host was absolutely disgusting. The host was unbelievably rude, aggressive and intimidating, especially towards the women in our group, and he made us so uncomfortable that we were left crying. He constantly spoke to us with an attitude and made us feel like we were doing something wrong just by being guests. He even tried to charge us an extra €20 for checking out early, which was completely unreasonable. We were also told we could not bring a bottle of water into our own room that we had purchased from another shop, which is ridiculous. At one point we were even locked out of our room. The whole experience felt like we were living in a jail rather than staying at accommodation. On top of the awful treatment, the room was filthy, with stained bedsheets, dead bugs and scum and grime everywhere. The conditions were completely unacceptable and felt like a serious health hazard. The maid even expected us to change our own dirty sheets instead of properly dealing with the issue. We paid to stay here and were treated like an inconvenience from start to finish. Absolutely appalling hospitality, disgusting cleanliness and an incredibly rude host. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else because this place is absolutely not worth the money or the stress.

Postawa właściciela - nieprzyjemny, brak kontaktu, brak reakcji na prośby.
Apartament na pewno nie dla trzech osób.Trzecia osoba miała spać w przejściu zdała od klimatyzacji i z brzydkim zapachem z niesprawnej kanalizacji w łazience. Zgłaszane uwagi o niesprawnej lodówce nie wpływały na działania właściciela. Cały pobyt ( 4 noce) odbył się bez możliwości przechowywania produktów . Właściciel zabronił nam wnoszenia zakupionych produktów spożywczych nie kupionych w jego barze (woda, kawa, owoce , słodycze itp... ).

Το δωμάτιο στο οποίο διέμενα εγώ και οι οικογένεια μου μυρίζει απίστευτα άσχημα η από η από τους σωλήνες η από μούχλα πράμα που δεν μπορώ να το προσδιορίσω με ακρίβεια αλλά ούτε ούτε να το αποδείξω εφόσον δεν υπάρχει τρόπος καταγραφής και μετάδοσης με ψηφιακά μέσα.
