Esperienza pessima !!!

La nostra esperienza con l'Amina hotel Premium è stata pessima. La mattina del giorno di arrivo, ci hanno inviato un messaggio, dicendo che dovevano spostarci nel loro secondo hotel a causa di un guasto idraulico (fortuna che avevamo la connessione dati sul cellulare, altrimenti avremmo avuto la sorpresa solo al nostro arrivo in hotel, prevista per il pomeriggio !!!). Ci facciamo comunicare il nome della nuova struttura e notiamo che il costo del soggiorno qui è inferiore di circa la metà , quindi chiediamo di adeguare il prezzo del soggiorno alla nuova struttura, ma riceviamo una risposta negativa e secca, comunicandoci che il costo sarebbe rimasto quello della prenotazione. Ovviamente diamo la disdetta e prenotiamo altrove. Giusto per la cronaca...il giorno dopo, su Booking, le loro stanze erano regolarmente in vendita...lasciamo a chi legge trarre le proprie conclusioni !!!

Great big room with modern facilities in old town and all sights very walkable.
Pros:

Massive clean room in great location in old town. Great breakfast, cooked by owner's father and catered for me as a vegetarian. Helped sort out taxi to see sights outside of city. Owner speaks Russian as 2nd language but has 2 staff who speak English

Cons:

There was an issue with one of staff and some young girls staying there which made them feel very uncomfortable. They reported it to the owner and hopefully this has been resolved🤞as would be a shame if not as this is such a nice place to stay.

Tranquila y agradable.
Pros:

Tranquilo, cerca del centro, personal muy amable, habitación grande y limpia, desayuno muy generoso.

Cons:

Pagar solo en efectivo, wifi lenta, corte de luz durante la noche, inglés solo el más joven que no está todo el tiempo.

Great quality for this price. Quiet street next to the Old City. Very welcoming staff and decent breakfast. It’s a family run business so the owner and his dad were super attentive and friendly.

Emplacement idéal.
Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Manque de propreté dans la 1ère chambre proposée. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée à notre demande.
Pas de buffet au petit déjeuner et café soluble uniquement.
Accueil froid comparé aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné en Ouzbékistan.

Отель находится в 5 минутах до достопримечательностей. Приехали поздно ночью и нас заселили без оплаты, что несомненно плюс. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, любые просьбы выполняются. Завтрак был континентальный, но довольно разнообразный. Красивый отель.

Cons:

1. Кровать показалась довольно жесткой.
2. В номере не было чая/ кофе и за 3 ночи пребывания номера не убирались, не пополнялась вода. Возможно это потому, что мы не сдавали карту от номера и у персонала не было дополнительной) Но это довольно неудобный момент.

Great little hotel at a very reasonable price
Pros:

I arrived after dark, first time in Bukhara. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. They assured me that I was perfectly safe and I ended up walking out at 9:30 at night to get something to eat and felt safe. The staff would do anything at all to help out – I was feeling ill one day and one of them actually accompany me to the local hospital to interpret and my issue was quickly resolved – he actually went with me! It’s less than a five minute walk to be in the heart of the old town. Solo female traveler. Felt like I had my thee sons attending to me.

Cons:

It was all fine. Staff is attentive and helpful.

Nice stay
Pros:

Very friendly stuff, good breakfast and beautiful courtyart.

Отличный, уютный отель, прекрасный, дружелюбный персонал, стремящийся сделать все возможное, чтобы гостям было хорошо. Очень удачное месторасположение: в пяти минутах ходьбы до исторического центра, при этом вокруг отеля и внутри - тишина и спокойствие.
