Jedno predivno iskustvo od samog dolaska do odlaska! Hotel je prekrasan, sve je besprijekorno čisto i uredno, a sobe udobne i prijatne. Posebne pohvale za osoblje koje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno da pomogne. Osjećali smo se zaista posebno i dobrodošlo. Sve je bilo na najvišem nivou i teško je pronaći bilo kakvu zamjerku. Hotel koji ćemo sa zadovoljstvom ponovo posjetiti i od srca preporučiti svima! ❤️

Location was great, few minutes walk from the center of Kikinda

Cons:

The hotel seems fairly new, with decent furniture and average bathrooms. Overall, it was okay, but nothing special. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Our main issue was the hot water. The boiler seemed to be set at a very low temperature, so there was barely any difference between cold and hot water. It was manageable for us as adults, but not really suitable for our 5 year old son.

We reported it to reception and were told it would be fixed. The next evening we were told it had been fixed, but unfortunately nothing changed. We were then asked to change rooms, which we did, but the problem was still there. In total, we had no properly hot water for 3 out of our 5 nights.

At checkout, we mentioned that we expected some compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the owner’s reaction was quite unprofessional. We were told that this was not a place to negotiate and that if we were unhappy with the water, we should have left after the first night.

We didn’t want to argue further and simply paid and left. The hotel itself was okay and the staff were nice, but the way this issue was handled left us disappointed.

Pros:

A szállás egy központi elhelyeteségű , frissen felújított szálloda. Tiszta és kényelmes szobák . De ami leginkább tetszett az a két recepciós hölgy kedvesége és segítőkészsége volt .
Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet.

Schön mitten in Kikinda
Pros:

Eine modern ausgestattete Unterkunft (eigentlich wohl eine Hochzeitslocation), mitten in der Stadt (in einer ruhigen Straße), mit traditionellem Frühstück (Omelette u.ä.) und sehr nettem Personal. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, WLAN funktionierte leider nur sehr kurzzeitig.
