Great staff and a view to die for
Pros:

The pyramid view room was fantastic, though maybe not even necessary with the incredible rooftop. We went to a few pyramid view restaurants and none had a view close to as good as the hotel did!

The room was clean and bright, and well outfitted with a mini fridge and hair dryer.

The breakfast was actually incredible. Too much food to eat and all kinds of options.

The staff was amazing. Ahmed even helped us organize with a local optician to get replacement contact lenses when we accidentally left them behind in Luxor. He even took a car with us across the city to get them!

Cons:

The shower was very small and the curtain would suck in on you.

Top locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op de pyramides!

Excelente ubicación, excelente atención
Pros:

La vista estuvo muy buena. El chico que atendía también muy amable y atento. Comimos ahí 2 cenas y estuvieron ricas, y el desayuno realmente abundante. Totalmente recomendado

Cons:

La ducha era un poco pequeña, pero es solo un detalle, porque la verdad todo muy limpio

Odalarda terlik yok. Otel terliği konulabilirdi.
Odalarda su konulmamıştı. Gece geldi. En azından birer tane küçük şişe konulabilirdi.
Odaya iki tane karton bardak konulmuş. Bunun yerine porselen bardak konulabilirdi.
İki adet sallama çay konulmuş. Daha fazla çay ve en azından birer tane kahve konulabilirdi.
İnternet hızı çok kötü. Bu hız arttırılmalı.
Kart ödemelerinden ekstra %5 komisyon alınıyor. Ayrıca hesaplama yaparken fark etmezseniz sizden fazla para alıyorlar. Uyarıncada kur dengesizliği var gibi bahaneler söylüyorlar. Ödeme yaparken dikkat edin.

Pros:

La vista es impresionante a las pirámides, desayuno excelente, el personal es muy atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ahmed estuvo atento a cualquier necesidad, mi vuelo salía en la noche e incluso me ofrecieron llevar el desayuno del siguiente día.

Cons:

La zona de Giza en general puede parecer un poco insegura, en nuestra estancia no tuvimos inconvenientes pero no salimos por la noche, la entrada al hotel es por escaleras

We could not have imagined a better place to stay. Hospitality that left us feeling like family after only 2 days and an absolute premium front row view to the pyramids like no other hotel had. On the roof, it was never crowded and were able to enjoy delicious food while looking at the pyramids. The place was so clean and had the essentials, anything you need you can ask. Ahmed (Poma), Mustafa and Isham are the best at what they do- to make you feel comfortable and make sure that you have the best time in Egypt. Thank you so so much, we will be back

Incredible hotel with great staff and an even better view!!!
Pros:

Great location (2 minutes walking to the pyramid entrance, but not by all of the camels and horses so it doesn’t smell!!), great staff who were really helpful, incredible view, and a great breakfast! Would 100% stay in this room and hotel again!

Cons:

The WiFi wasn’t great, but that didn’t matter because the view from our room was so beautiful that we didn’t need it!

The nights in February can be quite cold, freezing but there are extra, warm blankets in the room.
