The living room is quite spacious, but the sofa is surprisingly small and uncomfortable. It wasn’t really possible to relax properly or enjoy watching TV after a long day.

The layout between the bedroom and the bathroom is also a bit impractical. There is a very small area with only a sink between them, and because of the multiple doors and the narrow space, it can be difficult to move around comfortably. In addition, there is very little space around the sink to place toiletries or other personal items.

Baulärm in der Umgebung war sehr sehr störend. Es wurde auch am Wochenende, auch wenns weniger war, gebaut!

In primul rand nu ne-a avertizat nimeni ca exact langa se construieste un hotel si nu puteai sta cu geamul deschis din cauza prafului si a zgomotului, nu puteai utiliza balconul, stateai cu storurile trase tot timpul ca sa nu fi vazut de muncitorii aflati la cativa metri de geamuri. Nu aveai unde usca un costum de baie. Zgomot de la 6-7 dimineata, geamurile nu izolau deloc, iar peretii din rigips facea sa se auda tot de la vecini, iar de sus auzeam calcaiele celui care mergea, in plus orice mobila trasa devenea un element de stres. Neizolat! Chiuveta de baie era pusa intrun hol mic intre wc si dormitor, iar usa de acces in acest hol bloca tot holul, foarte incomod. In spatiul mic rezervat wc-ului era o singura bara de prosoape si nimic altceva. Mobilierul de bucatarie este prea mult in comparatie cu ce ofera, deci ocupa nejustificat de mult spatiu in living in detrimentul unei canapele spatioase sau a unor fotolii: cateva farfurii negre zgariate si ciobite, 2-3 tigai din teflon zgariate de se vedea aluminiumul prin ele, si fara capac. Nu exista instructiuni de folosire la nimic: masina de spalat vase, rufe, plita electrica, cuptor (daca nu stii greaca...). Salteaua din dormitor a fost ingrozitor de obosita, de moale, te asezai in sezut si te duceai pana la fund aproape, parca era umpluta cu apa. M-a durut spatele.

I'm sure not everyone uses the apartment for such an extended stay. So we ended up buying some kitchen things (cutting board, kitchen knives, etc) so we could make full use of cooking at home. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Salle de bains et WC séparés pas pratiques du tout, formant une sorte de sas d'entrée peu fonctionnel entre chambre à coucher et salon. Attention: pas d'accueil sur place, la réception se trouve dans un autre hôtel Elia, à 10 minutes à pied. Aucune vue, si ce n'est sur de grands bâtiments en construction de tous côtés. Coup de chance: le chantier en face de nos fenêtres était arrêté, donc nuisances limitées. Malgré les qualités de l'appartement, ne vous attendez pas à un environnement agréable ou à une belle vue sur la mer!

Only a few minor points. No washing powder was provided for the washing machine. Reception explained this was due to allergy and sensitivity concerns, which is understandable, but a small complimentary sachet would have been appreciated rather than having to purchase a full bottle or box from the supermarket.

There is also a shared full-length balcony running across the floor, meaning guests can walk past other rooms if they choose. The access door from the stairwell was often left open, so we were slightly uncomfortable leaving washing or personal items outside as the balcony was easily accessible to other guests.
