Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt alles andere als zufrieden.

Das Bett war äußerst unbequem. Zusätzlich waren die Bodenplatten an sehr vielen Stellen locker. Dadurch entstanden bei praktisch jeder Bewegung im Bett oder beim Gehen im Zimmer laute Geräusche, wodurch unser Baby immer wieder geweckt wurde. Für Familien mit einem kleinen Kind ist das natürlich sehr unangenehm.

Im Vorfeld wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass im Zimmer kein Platz für ein Zusatz- oder Babybett vorhanden sei. Aus diesem Grund mussten wir selbst ein Babybett mitbringen. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass problemlos genügend Platz dafür vorhanden gewesen wäre. Unabhängig davon empfanden wir ein 19-m²-Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby als viel zu klein und äußerst unkomfortabel.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns leider enttäuscht. Von Frische oder einem selbstgemachten Eindruck konnte kaum die Rede sein. Frisch bzw. warm angeboten wurden lediglich Rührei, Speck und Würstchen. Es gab weder einen Toaster noch Milch für die Cornflakes direkt am Buffet.

Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist uns außerdem die Aufbewahrung der Joghurts: Anders als auf den Bildern dargestellt, wurden diese nicht gekühlt bzw. auf Eis präsentiert, sondern standen während der gesamten Frühstückszeit von 07:30 bis 10:00 Uhr ungekühlt am Buffet.

Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Besonders für Familien mit Baby können wir dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Posizione top e comodità dei servizi
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, vicinissimo a Leolandia e all'area IPER di Brembate, dove trovare diversi punti di ristoro (alcuni tra i preferiti dei bambini)! La struttura è nel complesso molto gradevole, colazione ottima e ricca, molto comodo il fatto di poter entrare in totale autonomia attraverso un codice di accesso. Qualcosa andrebbe forse sistemato (pavimenti, doccia), ma è davvero posizionato in un punto strategico ed è molto moderno.

Cons:

Qualche rifinitura da sistemare, per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Entrando dal portone non sembra così carino!

Esperienza fantastica!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia bimba per andare a Leolandia, esperienza super positiva! Le ragazze dello staff sono state carinissime (sia della reception che delle pulizie) struttura pulita e con tutte le comodità possibili all'interno. Posizione OTTIMALE a due passi da Leolandia e con tutto il necessario vicino, come un piccolo centro commerciale e ristoranti. Soddisfattissime, ritorneremo!!!
