Nachdem bei der Rechnungserstellung die falsche Adresse eingetragen wurde, war es nicht möglich eine berichtigte Rechnung zu bekommen. Wir haben fast eine Stunde gewartet und sind dann mit einem schlechten Kompromiss abgereist.

Tutto perfetto, vicinissimo a Leolandia,noi siamo andati a piedi parcheggiando la macchina all hotel. Vicino all hotel puoi mangiare dove vuoi ci sono varie opzioni senza dover prendere la macchina. Staff gentile e colazione abbondante. Camera pulita.

Was a very good hotel, with good breakfast and comfy beds. Also late check in worked super.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato questo weekend all'Hotel Tech e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La posizione è davvero ottima: si raggiunge Leolandia in circa 10 minuti a piedi. L'hotel si trova nello stesso complesso di OVS e Tigotà e, proprio di fronte, basta attraversare la strada per raggiungere il centro commerciale con l'Iper e diversi negozi. Inoltre, tra l'hotel e Leolandia si trovano numerosi ristoranti, tra cui Rom'Antica, Burger King, McDonald's e Kasumi, un ristorante sushi con formula all you can eat che propone piatti cinesi, giapponesi e italiani. Una posizione veramente comoda, sia per chi visita Leolandia sia per chi desidera avere tutto a portata di mano.

La colazione era piuttosto essenziale, con una scelta limitata, ma considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è un aspetto di cui lamentarsi.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza positiva: ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo anche ad amici e parenti.

Cons:

Appena entrati abbiamo lasciato le scarpe all'ingresso e, camminando per qualche minuto a piedi scalzi, ho notato che il pavimento non era perfettamente pulito: ho dovuto lavarmi i piedi prima di salire sul letto e indossare le ciabatte per il resto del soggiorno. Ho inoltre notato che il vetro della finestra presentava molte impronte, probabilmente lasciate dai precedenti ospiti. Un altro piccolo dettaglio riguarda la posizione della TV, che ho trovato un po’ strana, in quanto era montata troppo in alto rispetto alla posizione del letto e poco comoda da guardare.

Nel complesso si tratta comunque di osservazioni minori, fatte con spirito costruttivo.

Great stay for Leolandia visit
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! I was travelling with my daughter and without a car because we were visiting Leolandia, so the location was absolutely perfect – only about a 10-minute walk to the park. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a huge supermarket directly across the road where you can buy absolutely anything you might need, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast, included in the price, was delicious with a great selection of food. My favourite feature was the free coffee machine in the lobby, available 24/7. Being able to enjoy coffee, tea and other hot drinks at any time was a lovely extra. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families visiting Leolandia.

Cons:

The only minor suggestion I would make is to add some fresh vegetables to the breakfast buffet. Everything else was excellent, and this would make the breakfast even better.

Pros:

Viajaba sola con mi hija con discapacidad. Eleji este hotel por comodidad ya que era el más cercano a Leolandia, pero no sabía que esperar. Cuando llegamos, nuestro vuelo era tarde así que era de noche y no había recepción, pero te dan una clave y la llegada fue autónoma y súper cómoda. Según entramos al pasillo donde se encuentran las habitaciones y el bar, se sintió el aire acondicionado, cosa que me hizo muy feliz porque hacia mucho calor fuera. Nuestra habitación tenía una cama de matrimonio y una litera; Habitación amplia, limpia y además tenía nevera. Las habitaciones dan a la cafetería así que a partir de las 7.00 am hay algo de ruido. El desayuno es sencillo, pero con varias opciones. Me gustó que hubiera una máquina expendedora 24horas. La zona es perfecta para ir a Leolandia ya que esta a solo 5 minutos andando y hay supermercado, restaurantes y gasolinera en la misma calle. El personal muy amable. Repetiremos seguro!
