I like the most panoramic view from the hotel windows to the whole city. Great place to start sightseeing Kathmandu. Relatively short distance to Kopan Monastery or other one around. Within 30min to Thamel (heart of the city) and airport. I really recommend this place as your baseline, to get proper relax after long and busy day in Kathmandu
The temperature of the pool was too low. Not possible to get to the pool eventough was 40 degrees outside during the day but the water in the pool stays cold. It should be small heating system in the pool.
Not possible to get coffee with almond milk. So if u lactose intolerant no coffee for u in that place.
The restaurant food and service was good. The room size was good. But the hotel, no gym, no spa like what’s on the website. No laundry service either. I stayed 3 days, no room cleaning the whole stay. When i checked in I was told I can pay credit card, but at check out, the front desk told me the policy changed yesterday. They only accept cash. I had have my friend came and helped me pay for
It. I will go back the city again in few days. Won’t book this hotel again. Won’t recommend to others either.

The staffs were really helpful and humble.
When we checked-in, the room was not that clean and even the bathroom was not clean. Also, there was an insect in the food.
The hotel was unfortunately not as advertised. We had seen many good reviews about the hotel but it did not live up to the expectations.
We arrived late at night and the inside of the hotel was poorly lit and very dark. The rooms were not as clean as reviews had mentioned, the floors were sticky and our garbage bin had not been emptied from previous guests. The faucet leaked so when you used it water would flow from the faucet down the floor and the bathtub was somewhat broken as well as the door hinges to the bathroom. The room had been poorly fixed in some places.
We were going to stay at the hotel for 5 nights but ended up checking out the very next day after arrival and moving to another hotel.
Friendly staffs, cleanliness and restaurant manager is super genuine guy who alway care for customers feedback and service delivery.
Still need to ipmrove some amenities issues.
Comfortable stay, courteous staff, gave me a free ride from the airport. Room was big and well equipped.
Buffet was a bit overpriced for what was served.
We booked the Royal suite, it was luxurious. The most comfortable mattress and pillows and the spar was amazing. Staff were lovely and most accommodating.

Location excellent. Initially we had some disturbing noise, whole night ,which was amply rectified by upgrading to higher room, additional free airport drop and heavily discounted car for city site seeing .
It's a good hotel with nice ambience
Staffs are not trained and raw. Customer service is not existent. Check in was stressful trying to prove that my booking was suite despite several request to check booking.
