The whole place could do with a revamp .the beds were uncomfortable and bathrooms need real work on . Just needs miney spent on it.
The location is great for Bristol Airport. Prices of food and drink are very good. The staff were great. There is no aircon but the room had a fan, which was helpful to cool it a bit. Free parking overnight was a bonus.
The mattress was quite hard so having a good night's sleep was tricky.
The room was very clean and a fan was present on arrival which was a blessing in the heat. The decor is dated but without offline time or Capex to modernise it did the job. The food was good and staff in the restaurant were friendly
There was an entire day/night the hotel desk was unmanned. This made it hard to request some bits for the room so we ended up buying coffee at the bar. It was also left messy until the cleaner came in the next day, glasses on the side and rubbish outside.
It is convenient for my regular trips into Bristol, and they have a bath in every room, which is fantastic.

We used it as an overnight stay for the airport. Perfect! Also enjoyed meal and a pint in the evening which was nice.

Really convenient location to Bristol airport. Chosen specifically as it had electric car charging. Had a family room for 3 which suited our needs perfectly. Great amenities and very comfortable, furniture slightly dated but functional. Would definately recommend and use again.

Sunday nights dinner was very disappointing fish looked recooked and generally ot upto scratch on all 4 diners mixed grill over cooked too. I think staffing issues due to football. Staff were doing their very best
