It's at a good location, near to city but one of the room that we booked was bit dirty, tears in wall but they offered a another room as alternative.

The receptionist staff & breakfast serving ladies were very helpful.

Cons:

Room bit dirty but the cleaning lady sorted it out for us next day.

They are making progress, and I saw that they invested some money to fix some basic things in the hotel, finally. So much better than the last time. Big plus for you

The location was excellent.

Cons:

Our room smelt so bad like extremely bad. (Coming from the bathroom) We complained and all they did was spray some toilet spray. Also we kept finding hairs everywhere, sheets, towels, furniture.

Un hotel frumos, servicii se poate mai bine !
Pros:

Hotelul este foarte frumos, baia, patul, view de la sala de mese către munți, breakfast acceptable, personalul foarte amabil, toate fetele sunt minunate și amabile.
Locația bună, ajungi repede oriunde vrei, este liniște în hotel, lift.

Cons:

Nu mergea instalația de încălzire, afară erau 13 grade, în cameră 17 grade, nu s-a făcut curățenie în cameră deloc în tot sejurul, nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, nu s-a dus gunoiul, am primit hârtie igienică doar dacă am cerut, șamponul și gelul de duș erau aceleași și aveau un miros neplăcut, breakfast-ul același, suc-ul extrem de "diluat" cu apă, băiatul de la recepție amabil dar lipsit de profesionalism, îi place mult alcoolul, am vrut să ne bucurăm de un masaj, dar nu ne-am putut înțelege, serviciile lasă de dorit. TV-ul... din 500 de programe, niciunul "occidental", doar rusești și turce. Lipsă balcon.

Additionally, Booking.com ignored our complaint and closed the case by offering only a €10 credit
Pros:

We had been staying at this hotel for the past 4–5 years, usually 1–2 times per year, and we used to like it a lot. However, over time, the quality has gradually declined.

On the positive side, the hotel is nicely located, and the staff is helpful.

Cons:

The quality of the accommodation was poor, and the facilities were outdated, with no visible renovations or maintenance. Even basic amenities, such as the lights, were not working.

What was even worse, breakfast was included and advertised as a buffet (“Swedish tables”), but when we arrived at the dining room, the tables were empty. After we complained, we were brought a single plate of food that had been found in the kitchen, without being asked about our preferences.

To make matters worse, there was only cold water in the shower, which was extremely unpleasant and ultimately the last straw for us. Unfortunately, this was our last stay at this hotel.
