Breve soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Struttura ben tenuta , pulita, gestita molto bene
Spiaggia a disposizione molto vicina e poco affollata
Servizio di ristorante molto professionale e, seppure con una scelta ridotta, molto valido
Colazione abbondante e molto varia

L’ingresso alla struttura, in particolare per chi viene da nord, molto problematico, vista la linea continua inoltre poco segnalato

Finom reggeli, közel a tengerpart.
Pros:

Közel van a tengerpart. A medence hőfoka is nagyon kellemes volt. A reggeli választékos és a kávé tökéletes. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

Cons:

Közlekedni csak autóval lehet, autó nélkül semmi sem elérhető a környéken. A szálláshelyen a vacsora nekünk nem ízlett az étteremben.

Fajnie było , ale nie wrócimy :)

Obiekt jedyny plus - położony blisko plaży + czystość . Przesympatyczna Pani na recepcji - oraz Samuel ( młody chłopak na medal !!!)
Ale to jest hotel na 1-2 noce ( jak nie trafi sie akurat na wesele- my na 5 dni -3 imprezy trafiliśmy -2 wesela )

Cons:

Basen - porażka najgorsza jaka może być . CZEPKI ! Bzdura totalna - nie spotkaliśmy sie z czymś takim w 100 hotelach w ciągu ostatnich kilku lat. I jeszcze siesta na basenie od 13-15.00 wypraszają z Niego

Dobrze , że stacja benzynowa z boku. Cokolwiek do jedzenia 24h/ nie polecamy miejscowości 40 min na piechotę - bo wg Googla otwarte - NIE 👎 - wszystko zamkniete 16.17.18.00… siesta .. dopiero od 18.30 cokolwiek - nie ma jak wrócić po ciemku - droga szybkiego ruchu

Wij hebben 4 nachten verbleven in La Principessa. Er is ruimte voor verbetering, zeker omdat het met vier sterren adverteert, en wij het eerder drie geven.

- maak de strandbedprijzen inclusief in je kamerprijs, zelfde met omelet bij ontbijt.
- de kamers zijn gedateerd voor de prijs/kwaliteit, geef ze een upgrade.
- van de spoorbaan heb je geen last, goed geïsoleerde kamers
- het zwembad was twee ochtenden dicht omdat de badjuf er niet was, dit kan echt niet.
- uitchecktijd is 10, incheck 17 (maar met navraag konden we eerder). Waarom 7 uur ruimte tussen beide tijden? 17 uur is best laat.
- Schoonmaak van de kamers is uitstekend, elke dag.
- Wij hadden helaas een lange reis gehad die om 5 uur in de nacht begon, op locatie was een bruiloft tot 1.30 (zoals vermeld in het regelement). Maar mogelijk was het fijn geweest om dit vooraf te weten.
- Dweil na sluiten van het zwembad de omheining van tegels. Het is een mooi zwembad.
- tuin is uitstekend en mooi onderhouden.
- ruime parkeergelegenheid, die gemakkelijk vanaf je kamer te bereiken is. Advies was ook om koffers pas bij het appartement uit te laden, handig!
- Wij hadden een buitenbar oid in de warme zomeravond ook wel gezellig gevonden.
- Het personeel werkt hard en is vriendelijk, ik hoop dat het management veranderingen doorpakt.

Stupendo , sicuramente ripeteremo questa esperienza
Pros:

Posizione fantastica facile da trovare la struttura, a pochi passi dal mare, niente macchina, splendida piscina pulita e curata. Rilassamento totale. Immersa nel verde curatissimo e circondata da piante profumate di rosmarino. Colazione molto abbondante. Ristorante ottimo. Metre Gianni gentile e disponibile. Molto consigliato

Lo staff è stato bravissimo sia alla reception che al ristorante.
Tranne i bagnini che sono stati sgarbatissimi erano giovani e si vede che lavorano controvoglia
Non dicevano nemmeno buongiorno e in modo sgarbato ti dicevano siediti qui...

I would not recommend booking this hotel through Booking.com. The communication was extremely poor. Despite our reservation being confirmed, we only found out after making several phone calls shortly before our departure that the hotel was overbooked and that we should not come.

The way the situation was handled was very unprofessional and the attitude we received was quite rude. Even now, the reservation still appears as “confirmed” in the Booking.com app, despite the hotel telling us not to come.

A very disappointing and stressful experience, especially when you expect to have confirmed accommodation for your trip.
