Pros:

Excelente localização. Cama confortável.
Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.
Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Banheiro pequeno, variação abrupta da temperatura da água. Mas nada grave, só um ponto de observação para cuidado.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima muito perto da plaza maior,restaurantes,bares e lojas. Quarto muito confortável e ótima limpeza.A equipe do hotel muita atenciosa nos dias de passeios muito cedo foi disponibilado box de café da manhã e ficava sempre disponivel chá de mate e coca.

O café da manhã podia ser melhor e ter mais opções .

Pros:

O hotel tem boa localização, já que fica a 10 minutos de caminhada da Praza Mayor e, praticamente, em frente a um dos pontos turísticos da cidade (Templo e Convento de Santo Domingo de Guzmán), além de próximo a alguns bons restaurantes.

Cons:

A cama ruidosa e extremamente desconfortável, banheiro com degrau e iluminação inadequada, além de café-da-manhã insosso e com poucas opções tornaram a estada bastante ruim.

Check out muito cedo e não oferecem late check out
Não tem acesso fácil para carros, então vc chega com as malas e tem que percorrer uma boa distância a pé. Se estiver com muitas malas é um transtorno.

Muito boa localização. Quarós confortáveis e amplos. Funcionários muito solícitos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo no geral, mas vale ressaltar que os banheiros são um pouco pequenos e o café da manhã um pouco simples.

It's a good value and a beautiful place to stay, with very kind staff.
Pros:

The hotel is charming, with the beautiful courtyard. Staff were gracious, especially Maria, who greeted me when I arrived in the evening. The location is very good, very close to Plaza Del Armas.

Cons:

My bathroom smells like mold, but it was very clean otherwise. Probably because there was no window.

Hotel semplice e dignitoso a Cusco.
Pros:

Innanzitutto il senso di accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale.
Hotel realizzato in una struttura antica. Le camere sono ampie e ben arredate. Il letto è comodo. Bello il cortile interno.

Cons:

Più che una critica vorrei dare dei suggerimenti.
Metterei i dispenser per i prodotti del bagno.
Migliorerei la colazione perché poco varia: non si può mangiare sempre uova.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, in the historic part of Cusco and the building has been sympathetically converted into a small hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Great place for the price
Pros:

Location was great. It’s down a little pathway on the side. Was able to do early and late check due to our flights and paid a small fee for both.

Cons:

The hot water went off while in the shower, but was happy that the hot water worked everyday.
