Felt like home
Pros:

Our team stayed here for CCWC Taiwan 2026. It was perfect for us. Everything you need is so close and the staff were so kind and helpful. They were excited for us when we went off to race and celebrated our wins. Two of the women gave us souvenirs each written with a thoughtful hand written note.
We made good use of downstairs, the roof top and laundry. The snacks and hot drinks made it feel like home for our week in Hualien. I very much hope to stay again.

Cons:

I’d skip the breakfast and get dumplings from next door (closed Sundays). Rooms are dated, but clean. I was in a twin share on the 6th floor with two windows. Bed a little on the soft side for me, but nonetheless comfortable.

La ubicación muy buena, al lado de la estación
el personal, aunque no sabe inglés, son suuuuuper amables y te ayudan con lo que puedan.
La cama era cómoda, aunque la habitación necesitaba mantenimiento

Cons:

Habia falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, el baño con moho y los pasillos llenos de polvo.
Pagamos el desayuno dos días, pero solo pudimos tomarlo uno porque lo sirven muy tarde
