It made me wonder how hotels get stars
Pros:

The room was comfortable, quite spacious

Cons:

This place made me google how hotels get their stars, that's how baffled I was. It's just next to the road with an angry dog nearby, there is nothing else. I'd expect a 4-star hotel to have a pool or spa, but it's just a hotel. There are rooms with a hot tub, but mine was a simple room with a bed and a desk, and that all.

There was no bottled water even, and when I asked for it, the hostess told me to drink tap water and after she saw my expression, she brought me a bottle, "For free", she said. Well, obviously, you're a 4-star hotel with no fridge in the room...

The hotel has a restaurant targeted at families, which looks nice, but I had to wait for a chicken wrap for over 30 minutes, and it was sad and already kinda cold.

All of this, and my room wasn't even that clean, there were marks on the wall. Oh, and they provided no shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrushes, only a soapy substance on the shower wall and a shower cap. Serbia's and Bosnia's hotels don't know what good service is in general, but that was just tragic.
As usual, you can only dream of soundproofing, but that's nothing new for any hotels.

Overall, I don't understand where the 4 stars come from. Absolutely not worth the money, even for a simple room.

Katastrofa!
Pros:

Kreveti su bili udobni.

Cons:

Spisak je dugačak. Prvo morate proći kroz restoran, da biste došli do recepcije. Naplatili su nam oko 7KM više nego što je trebalo (žalićemo se bukingu na to). Ujutru nas je čistačica probudila oko 8, lupajući na hodniku, ali bukvalno par sati. Došle smo na doručak, gdje nam je rečeno da ćemo morati čekati preko 40 minuta, jer je bilo nekoliko narudžbi prije nas. Bile smo prinuđene da naručimo nešto što će biti najbrže, jer smo žurile na put. Malo je rečeno da bi bolnički doručak bio kvalitetniji od onog što smo dobile.

I will be coming back!!
Pros:

It was very clean, warm and welcoming. Staff was amazing. Rooms were perfect. The food exceeded all expectations and the breakfast was top notch.

Pros:

Hotel je za svaku preporuku. Manji, ali ima sve sto je potrebno. Cisto, udobno, prijatno osoblje. U sklopu hotela je restoran/ kafic koji radi preko celog dana. Dorucak je ukljucen u cenu, na bazi porucivanja i zaista je sve ukusno. Besplatan parking u sklopu hotela, preko puta prodavnica, 10 minuta setnje do banjskih bazena.
