Pros:

Price is cheaper

Cons:

However the cleanliness is poor and the water flow is very poor too. I have to use kettle to heat the water for shower since the heater not really function and the water flow is so poor. Bed sheet was not changed too.

Alhamdulillah terbaik.. Air semua xda masalah.. Water heater pun berfungsi.. Mau masak pun senang ada gas dan tmpt masak.. Icebox pun ada.. Cuma kipas sahaja x da.. Tengahari ada panas sikit.. X terlalu panas la..

Cons:

Kipas xda.. Kena buka tingkap supaya angin masuk.. Tapi org luar boleh nmpak dlm bilik atau rumah..

berhabuk, waterhiter x berfungsi,sabun dan shampoo xda dan wifi pun xda..
tuala mdi dpt yg berlubang tu pun minta..kalo ikot kan ianya tersedia..x bebaloi dgn bayaran..sy harap selepas ni dpt upgade lagi sesuai dgn harga.

Good View but bad hospitality
Pros:

The homestay has a great view of the Mount Kinabalu. The location is strategic located near the main attraction places.

Cons:

The water supply was closed by the owner and pretending that there was water supply shortage. The water tank is Full and I checked the valved connected to the house was closed. I dont know why. Wifi only available on the first night, they off the wifi for the second night.
