Pros:

Good location and staff. Comfortable room

Cons:

There was a bright light outside my bedroom window that shone all night. Could not get coffee machine in room to work

Pros:

Central for exploring east lothian

Cons:

My only gripe would be the size of the room which i assume we had been allocated as we got a cheap rate booking through booking.com. We only stayed 1 night so expected that. Staff friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very pleasant hotel. 🙄

Cons:

Sadly our room v small and bed just not big enough for two people.
Noisy visitors at breakfast, I don’t think we were the only ones that thought that.

We had a great stay in this lovely hotel and will be back.
Pros:

Loved room - received an upgrade for our special occasion. Food delicious and great menu. Staff super attentive and helpful. Location is lovely near to Gullane and lovely beaches.

Cons:

Liked everything apart from tight parking which can't be helped.

Pros:

The overall design of the hotel with its enclosed courtyard. The secluded parking. The helpfulness of the staff. The bar and restaurant.

Cons:

We couldn't have just one bedside light, both being controlled by the same switch. The TV was less than smart. We were unable to get any streaming services and couldn't use our mobile to cast to the TV screen. Both these options were offered.

Fine small hotel in lovely East Lothian village
Pros:

Cheerful efficient staff in all areas. Modern decor and an excellent dining experience. Good location.

Cons:

Deluxe Room smaller than expected from description though modern, pleasant, clean and comfortable. No seating in room was disappointing.

Lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel with all details thought of. We had to leave early and they accommodated that with an early (and delicious) breakfast. Rooms not large but very well and tastefully decorated with lots of nice touches

Parking was a bit tight

We had a short stay but made the most of the beach walk and area.
Pros:

The location, the food and peaceful surroundings.

Cons:

The room was too small for a double bed. We didnt like the live music in the lounge during our meal. A bit loud.
