Comfortable apartment with jacuzzi and parking
Pros:

Clean, warm and cozy apartment. Additionally you get classy relaxing jacuzzi and a car parking lot. If you need to stay in this part of the city - it is a descent choice.

Cons:

Sometimes you can hear noise from other apartments.

Decent
Pros:

Jacuzzi was nice and functional

Cons:

Shower was unusable because the drain was clogged and the shower curtain was missing.
Overall the bathroom and especially the jacuzzi were not nearly clean enough to be called « luxurious ».
Balcony was filled with cleaning material and hanging bed sheets from previous person.
Previous comments misled me.
