Tired old and unwelcoming

Property was rundown and needed an upgrade. Had a rooftop pool which was good but everything around it was old and dirty. Breakfast was the worst I had had in Vietnam, we were given free breakfast every day but only went up on the first day. Plenty of other hotels for the same price Don don’t stay here.
Aircon was also not working correctly and seems like it’s locked on a temperature.

Pros:

It's near everything, the room was spacious, it's clean, the breakfast has a lot of choices. It's fun to hang out at the pool. Anything we wanted (Vinwonders tickets, taxi), they provided within two seconds. The receptionists have excellent English.

Cons:

There's nothing complain about, really. We booked two rooms, and they couldn't provide two adjacent rooms, which was all right, because we were in the peak season and we booked kinda in the last minute.
There were other people in the adjacent room, and this review is about them.
We spent 5 days in the hotel, and the whole time, they used the separating railing between the two balconies as a drying rack for their underwear. Seriously. What are people thinking?
You can see my nationality next to my name, and I felt it's 1956 all over again.

В четвертый раз останавливались в этом отеле. Не хочу повторять все то, что уже писал в прошлых отзывах. Скажу лишь, что Apus держит марку. Качество обслуживания на высоте. Уютная обстановка. Порядок. В этом году действовал строгий запрет на курение. В прошлом году персонал закрывал глаза на курение на балконе ( главное - не в самом номере). В этом году нельзя было курить нигде. Легко смирился с этим требованием. Нет текучки кадров. В лобби нас встретили все те же приветливые парни и девчонки. И даже горничные практически все запомнили нас еще по прежним визитам.

Pros:

Excellent value for money. The room was a decent size with fantastic views over the sea. The bed was the comfiest in the whole of Vietnam! There was plenty of choice with the included breakfast.

Cons:

The pool was small for the size of the hotel and could use a little refurbishment. However, for the value of the stay and the fact we had a pool at all and overlooking the sea, it's not a complaint.

Budget Hotel
Pros:

Location is ok, near to beach, and alot of restaurants

Cons:

The Hotel needs maintenance, our room had patch repair painted walls in a different shade to the actual walls!! headboard dirty frayed, bed mattress hard/old. pool area frayed fake grass, patchy holes, lots of cigarette butts left around pool, not picked up. This Hotel could be so much more.
Breakfast needs work, not alot of selection.

Отдыхаем не первый год. Раньше было намного лучше и дешевле. Цены подняли, а качество упало. За пляжные полотенца тоже стали брать плату.

Уборка, не далеко до моря .

Cons:

Завтраки плохие , для детей ничего нет . Чаи из пакетиков, кофе не вкусный. Кроме яиц , еды для европейцев нет .
Так же произошла неприятная ситуация с полотенцами ! Мы снимали несколько номеров и одно полотенце случайно осталось в другом номере . В итоге там было три полотенца а в моем номере одно . После уборки три полотенца забрали , а новых положили только 2 ! Мы на это внимание не обратили за что во время отъезда за это поплатились ! Нас обвинили в краже полотенца ! Мы предложили посмотреть наши чемоданы , но на ресепшен они не захотели этим заниматься . В итоге мы заплатили за пропажу полотенца 250 000 донгов !
Еще они берут залог 500 000 донгов ( наличными ) за номер .
