No supero la expectativa.
Pros:

La tranquilidad,central .Nos permitieron dejar los morrales después de entregar la habitación y regresar posteriormente por ellas .

Cons:

El host no nos recibió.No hubo aseo en la habitación en los tres días .No hubo control remoto del televisor habilitado hasta la tercera noche.Esa misma noche había un cumpleaños en el patio con los consiguientes ruidos.La persona que atendió el desayuno el primer día tubo una actitud displicente.La reserva la hice por una fotografía de una cena que había en una terraza alta con una vista de la ciudad ,la cual no estuvo en servicio en nuestra estancia.

La habitación muy confortable

Cons:

No hay nadie en recepción, la señora que atendió no sabe recibir al turista, no tiene un buen trato con el turista, el desayuno muy mal cocinado y se supone que el desayuno es de 8 am y la señora llegó muy tarde. No saben tratar al huésped y no habían sacudido en mucho tiempo.

The location is really good. Walking distance to places of interest in the historical center. The rooms are small but reasonable. The staff are helpful and kind.

Cons:

The breakfast is nice but it should start earlier. 7am would be great.

Pros:

Schönes Gebäude, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Laufnähe. Alles war sauber die Sitzgelegenheiten waren nett.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster das war sehr bedrückend. Das Zimmer hatte nicht die angegebene Größe auch war es kein Queensize Bett (es war höchstens 120cm). Das Bad war winzig. Frühstück sehr kärglich. Die Mitarbeiterin die wir trafen wirkte desinteressiert. Allgemein wirkte es etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fernseher ging nicht.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras, muy cerca a toda el área comercial de Quito y área colonial

Los desayunos podrían mejorar, ofreciendo alternativas, un poco más de cercanía con los huéspedes, pero para mí, lo más importante es la cercanía a todo.

Pros:

The location is just amazing. Only 4 blocs from historic city. The place is very safe and comfortable.
My room was beautiful. Hot shower, tv, even a hair dryer. all you need was there.

Cons:

They put some music so it can be uncomfortable at night. However, you just have to let them know that you want to rest and they'll shut down the music.
