Pros:

Bra beliggenhet, med nydelig utsikt !

Cons:

Litt vanskelig å komme med bil, da hotellet ligger i gågaten... men når bilen er parkert er det ikke bedre sted å bo.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Sicht auf See, schöne und saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung

Cons:

Personal machte nicht so motivierten Eindruck, Frühstück italienischer Art, "nur" Weissbrot, wenig frische Produkte

Nice room but had many big problems!
Pros:

The hotel is well located. The room was clean and big BUT...

Cons:

The staff is very unfriendly, they don't speak English. In the morning it got very noisy as the terrace is located in the inner part of the location. That was a big problem for us. Since 7 am cars were coming by, employees of several places talking loudly and even the cleaning process, mainly hoovering, was just too loud. The terrace had to be open because of the heat. Also, we didn't like that there are stairs connecting our terrace with other rooms. My girlfriend felt unsafe. The reception is very small and its entrance is through the back of the building which is not nice at all. Garbage bins and bottles were all around. Definitely, it's not a nice entrance to any hotel. With the cars outside it was even difficult to take out luggage out.

Tolle Lage! Keine Klimanalage für hitzige Tage.
Pros:

Sehr Zentral und nahe an der Fähre/Schiffssteg gelegen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den See.

Cons:

Keine Klimanlage für hitzige Tage. Da die Promenade gleich vor dem Hotel ist und keine Klimanalage vorhanden ist, ist es eher laut wenn mann die Fenster offen lassen möchte für hitzige Tage.
Die Duschtücher haben meiner Meinung nach nicht nach Waschmittel gerochen - einwenig nach Rauch.

Die Lage direkt an der Touristenmeile war sensationell, Zimmer mit See- und Alpenblick war echt klasse. Selbst mit offenem Fenster konnten wir hervorragend schlafen...mit Seegeplätscher

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut, die Croissants Erstklasse, die Wasserbrötchen sollten besser weglassen werden, die Kaffeemaschine warf einen Milchkaffee heraus, der nichts mit Kaffee zu tun hatte. An der Bar konnte man aber einen exzellenten Cappucino ordern, ohne Aufpreis!
Parken ging nur im Parkhaus für 22 Euro Tagestarif...

Top Lage, Personal dürfte freundlicher sein

Die Lage direkt am See ist super

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang und bei Fragen war nicht gerade Gastfreundlich….
In einem Zimmer waren die Abfalleimer noch voll beim Beziehen des Zimmers.
Frühstückspreis in Booking war 10 Euro, im Hotel verlangten sie aber 15 Euro!

Die Lage ist sehr sehr gut !
Mitten an der Seepromenade !
Die Zimmer und das Bad sind neu eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet!

Cons:

- Leider ist in unserem Zimmer alles voller kleiner Mücken gewesen, desweitern gab es am Abend auch Besuch von einer Kakerlake !
- Es gibt keine Rezeption sondern man wird zwischen Treppenaufgang und Lagerraum eingecheckt- Gepäck wird zwischen Getränkkisten gelagert, sollte man vor 15 Uhr ankommen ! Herzlich willkommen scheint man nicht zu sein und die Mitarbeiter sind eher Eis verkäufer als zuvorkommende Angestellte !
- Wir haben für eine Nacht für 2 Personen über 200 Euro bezahlt, da würde man etwas mehr erwarten! Eigentlich unglaublich schade .
