Cons:

The towels were extremely thin and looked very old, as if they had been used for many years. They honestly looked like they were ready to be used as cleaning rags.

The room was quite noisy as there was a common/leisure area nearby. We could clearly hear people talking from inside the room.

There were no basic toiletries provided.

There were no TV channels available. We were informed that there had been a cable problem for quite some time, but it was still not resolved.

The pillows were too thin and uncomfortable.

The toilet had an unpleasant smell, and the mirror was dirty.

The shower door was quite awkward, and the shower area was very cramped.

- the bed is actually a single bed they combine to become queen and u can feel there's gap in the middle.

The reception very helpful person and she was enjoying he's work..haha

Cons:

Parking have to go on the top floor and the parking building a bit scary..ur have to really be careful drive to go up

Pros:

Every accomodation provided is functional. And what did I like the most is the hotel is approximately close to the Selayang Hospital which is I find very convinient for me on that day. Other than that, there are a lot of parking spaces at the fourth floor.
