JBAY Beachfront Boutique Hotel

Ragazza alla reception alla nostra accoglienza il 27 Luglio, penso sia stata la cosa peggiore di tutto il soggiorno:
Neanche un sorriso, arrivati verso mezzogiorno e trenta, speravamo di avere la possibilità di poter accedere alla stanza dopo un lungo viaggio, ma senza alcuna empatia e ospitalità si è attenuta a dirci il prezzo per un check in anticipato (di solo un'ora).. Ma la cosa peggiore non è neanche questa, bensì che al momento del pagamento per il soggiorno mi ha invitato a cancellare la prenotazione fatta su Booking (visto che avevo l'opzione della cancellazione gratuita) e di pagare direttamente a lei (offrendo uno squallido 5% di sconto) cosa a cui ovviamente non mi sono prestato dicendole che volevo pagare l'intera cifra onesta senza alcun sconto per far risparmiare a loro le commissioni giuste dovute a Booking.com
L'albergo si vende come "beachfront" ma non lo è, per me in qualsiasi hotel beachfront in cui sono stato non ho nulla davanti se non la spiaggia ed il mare, attorno all'hotel invece ci sono solo tantissimi cantieri e lavori in corso, molti a ridosso della struttura stessa fino a trovare operai che lavorano ad un metro o due da te che ti guardano mentre provi a goderti un bagno in piscina con la tua fidanzata. (sconsiglio assolutamente per famiglie perché pericolosissimo per bambini l'ultimo piano della piscina dove camminare e scivolare dal lato sbagliato del bordo potrebbe dire cadere dall'ottavo piano).
Colazione scarsa, le cose che venivano mangiate di più non le riproponevano il giorno seguente mentre le cose che nessuno sceglieva le ho ritrovate ogni mattina lì allo stesso posto, finché non ho deciso di lasciar perdere la deludente colazione in albergo e farla direttamente fuori al bar.

Construction noise throughout the night as well as during the day

Hotel ist nicht sauber .Direkt vor der Tür 24 Stunden Bauform von gegenüber.Fenster war wegen der Baustelle mit schwarzen Folie zugedeckt.

Huge hotel construction immediately next door and across the street affecting views and general amenity of the area (we were warned of construction in advance but no specifics). The new hotels overshadow this hotel and was noisy and dusty. The hotel and rooms were designed to look fancy and modern but generally felt very cheap. Air-conditioning didn't cool the room nor did it stay on while out so very hot room on return. Room door clipped the door frame. Toilet and shower are in cubicles that don't fully close for complete privacy. Lifts were due for a service. No additional towels provided at the pool.

Petit déjeuner à peine passable.
Un simple rideau sépare les toilettes de la salle du petit déj, et pour couronner le tout il ne va même pas jusqu'en bas !! Voir photo.
Du jamais vu.
Chambre avec une fenêtre à 80cm de l'immeuble en face.
L'hôtel est en deuxième ligne de mer donc pas " beach front" .
Avec la construction du NOVOTEL juste en face, bientôt même de la piscine sur le toit on ne verra plus la mer.
Les travaux de construction ils n'y sont pour rien mais jusqu'à 23h00 les ouvriers bossent il y a du bruit.

ホテルの清掃がしっかり入ってもらえなかったことと、朝食会場と食器類は清潔感があるとは言えないので外で外食を朝から楽しめば良いかな

they cancelled my booking, claiming that I did not reply the email of booking .com .

Hotel beside construction site, noisy only during the day. Dust is everywhere due to the construction. Breakfast spread mixed with non halal. But Grab service for halal food just around the corner and is very efficient also fast delivered.

Staff was quite disconnected and didnt speak English very well/at all. Room was in a bad state with crumbling walls, sand on the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling and stains on towels and the sheets. Shower takes minimum of 5 minutes to warm up and the drain sounds like a vacuüm hose. The pool is small with 6 beds total and once the construction in front is completed, the view will be useless as well. Other than the view the pool has no added value. Breakfast is mediocre at best.
