Pros:

La situation dans la ville

Cons:

Trop de travaux autour et on vous prévient une fois que le délai d’annulation est passé
donc impossible d’aller à la piscine si ce n’est avoir des ouvriers comme si ils étaient autour de la piscine
Plus de vue sur mer, à cause des immeubles qui se construisent devant

Pas le choix au petit déjeuner, tout est halal

Je n’y reviendrai pas

Location. Very close to the Da Nang Beach.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good and the property common area is not properly clean. They don't have a bellboy who can help with your luggage. I had to move my luggage by myself.

Great location, great room, great staff.
Pros:

Really nice big modern and clean rooms. Daily cleaning was offered, my room had a large bathtub I unfortunately never used. I would definitely return if I visit De Nang again.

There was some building work next door but nothing too noisy and I was warned.

We booked the hotel with a payment obligation, 2 minutes after we had paid, the hotel sent an apology that there would be a lot of noise in the room because there was construction opposite the hotel. When we pointed out that we would not stay at the hotel, they would not cancel the booking.

Great value and close to the beach
Pros:

Spacious room. Good breakfast that changes daily. Easy access to the beach. Pool was clean and great views to the beachfront.

Prachtig hotel! Erg schoon en goed ontbijt. We hadden een grote prachtige kamer, echt heel erg fijn!

Cons:

Het zwembad stelt weinig voor en je kan er niet heel relaxt zitten. Ook zijn ze er naast aan het bouwen waardoor we helaas niet uit konden slapen.

Hôtel cerné par les travaux donc bruit et poussière
Pros:

Bonne situation de l’hôtel, mais qui porte mal son nom. Il n’est pas « beachfront » mais en deuxième ligne
Le personnel est impeccable et vous aide pour vos déplacements ou vos visites
La chambre avec vue à pour l’instant une vue sur mer entre les travaux

Cons:

En ce qui concerne les chambres, l’eau chaude est très très longue à arriver
En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner ça ou rien c’est pareil, tout est halal. Nous avons demandé un œuf au plat on a vraiment eu l’impression de déranger le personnel
D’ailleurs, le deuxième matin, nous avons été le prendre à l’extérieur
Parlons de la piscine, elle est à l’ombre l’après-midi, mais surtout compte tenu du nombre de travaux autour de l’hôtel, notamment un immeuble d’un certain nombre d’étage en construction et bien plus haut que l’hôtel et, mitoyen à celui-ci vous avez les ouvriers qui sont en plein vis-à-vis si vous restez à la piscine.
À cet égard, il y a un immeuble en construction en mitoyenneté de l’hôtel. Il y en a un en construction en face et certains ouvriers travaillent la nuit
L’hôtel nous a prévenu qu’il y avait des travaux malheureusement seulement 48 heures avant notre arrivée une fois que le délai d’annulation sans frais était passé. Nous n’avons pas trouvé cela très commerçant car en effet nous aurions annulé pour trouver un autre logement.
Nous avons par message demandé un rabais à l’hôtel qui n’a rien voulu entendre

Pros:

Location of the property is close to beach, near to Indian restaurant and Mini convenience stores are there. You can get Two wheeler for rent straight opposite to hotel.

Cons:

There is no vegetarian options in the complimentary breakfast. They mentioned vegetarian Noodles but inside pork meat was there. When asked about that, no reply from the staff.
Inside the room no wardrobe/Rack to keep your clothes or luggage.
Nearby many good hotels are there.

Overall it was such a bad experience. We were extremely disappointed and checked out in less than 20 mins of checking in

absolutely nothing. We checked out in the next 20 mins of checking in

Cons:

the property was so dirty, so much dust due to the construction next door and the noise was unbearable. You should not be displaying the property with these current issues. There was no privacy for using the swimming pool as there were workers staring at us.
