Pros:

Once you enter this hotel ..it's smell Nice & good. Environment healthy. Located in main of Ipoh city really love it. Nice urban view at Nite.. 😁

Simple accommodation
Pros:

The hotel was fairly pricey for what was provided. We did check out early and they have offered to reimburse the nights accommodation which is greatly appreciated.

Cons:

It was very noisy with other guests on our floor. There was also a cockroach in our room.

Satisfactory but don't think I will choose it again
Pros:

Room is clean but I had expected a couple more drawers for my clothes personal items.
housekeeping is average
reception/front desk - very helpful, especially the chinese lady, unfortunately I did not get her name
Breakfast, spread not great. Food quality average.

Cons:

The bed. It's not comfortable.
Noise from the adjoining room - could hear people talking and walking around
