Splendido boutique hotel in zona tranquilla vicino al centro storico, al waterfront con vista sulle table mountain. Batsi impeccabile padrone di casa pronto a soddisfare qualunque richiesta e a deliziarci con colazione superba preparate al momento. Parcheggio davanti alla residenza senza alcun problema. Beautiful little house, really clean and well looked after. Location is really central. It was actually really handy to have a little kitchen where we could cook - saved us needing to go to a cafe when we had an early start! One morning I had the cooked breakfast which was really nice. Batsi (the residence manager) was super friendly and responsive, even putting us in touch with a taxi driver who took us around Franschoek.
It was fab! There was an issue with the electricity when we were there but Batsi was there to sort it out within 15-20 mins of me flagging it.
Lovely setting & good location. Host was amazing & very welcoming & helpful. He went the extra mile when an issue with our booking. Definitely recommend

Beautifully appointed guest house in a quiet area.
the room was ok but had no view ...looked directly into another building ...not as advertised
that there was a price fixing as a R550 cleaning fee charged
I really liked how different and unique it looked. It was clean, it was peaceful and it was the perfect getaway. I didn’t have any issues or disturbances and I really enjoyed that.
The only issue I had was the WiFi connection at some points, but other than that, everything else was great.

Great location and views. We really enjoyed our 4 day stay and this was a great base to discover the surroundings.
It has a laid back vibe and is sort of shabby chic, which suited us fine. The staff were happy and friendly.
We abandoned our car for the duration and used Uber to get around which were very reasonable in our opinion.
We felt very safe there.
There is no on site parking, but there are no parking restrictions on the road outside.
I do think 'hotel' is stretching it a bit, as amenities are limited, but we loved it all the same and would return.
Huge walk-in shower and spacious room. Very comfortable bed.
Bed could use more pillows. The hotel lacks sound proofing. Breakfast is average.

La première nuit, tout restait allumé a l'extérieur et même dans les couloirs, d'où difficulté a dormir..mais le personnel a remédié a ce désagrément les nuits suivantes des que nous avons fait la remarque.
