Pros:

Очень чистый, небольшой, скромный номер, просто переночевать и отдохнуть. До остановки недалеко, в цент добраться минут двадцать. Пляж неплохой, в пешей доступности, там отдыхают в основном местные. Самое главное впечатление - это человеческое отношение, гостеприимство хозяина и неповернутость на деньгах. Это для нас превыше всего, народ сейчас удавится за три копейки, всеобщее поклонение золотому тельцу везде и всюду. Здесь же живое общение на кухне, дружеская атмосфера и реальная забота о гостях. В любое время суток хозяин встретит и заселит вас! Это обычное человеческое отношение, Эдуард так и говорит, что не понимает тех кто оставляет людей после долгой дороги на улице и ждет назначенного часа. Помогли нам с проездной картой, провел экскурсию на водопад и много еще мелочей, которые все не напишешь.

Очень хороший отель, нам всё понравилось. Постель чистая, номер идеально убран, сантехника новая, всё отлично работает. Большой просторный двор. На территории отеля можно припарковать свою машину, во дворе видеонаблюдение. Есть кухня в отдельном здании, что очень хорошо. Если кто-то готовит на кухне или просто отдыхает по вечерам с бокальчиком вина, то это не мешает другим людям спокойно отдыхать в своих номерах. Есть стиральная машина. Рядом с отелем есть магазины, остановка в двух шагах. Хозяева гостеприимные, отзывчивые люди.

Właściciel bardzo pomocny. Pomimo nieporozumienia wynikłego na Booking udostępnił nam pokój na jeden nocleg. Udzielił mnóstwo i nformacji na temat co o gdzie zobaczyć w Batumi. Pokój czysty. Miejsce warte polecenia

We did not like anything. They did not contact us to say that they have to cancel the reservation, it was only the day before we are supposed to come that we sent a reminder message that we will be at the property around 20:00h. Then we got a Whup message that they have some electricity problems and can not take us. With nothing to it. That is most unreliable thing to do to.

Pros:

Edward is really helpfull and very welcome. We were arrived late at night in the rain and he even asking my husband to joining him for coffee in his private kitchen, eventhough they are not talking in the same language 🤭 Google translate is really working on them.

The room is clean and comfy like at home. Well done, Brother. We wish a great success for the hotel.

Pros:

The welcome was wonderful. Later Edouard took me to a local restaurant and explained to the waiter that I'm a vegetarian
I loved the staff. they were so helpful. Edouard accompanied me to the bus station although it was the middle of the night

Cons:

A longer stay here!

We felt at home :)
Pros:

The owners are SO friendly! We had a great stay thanks to them. The location is great, super close to the beach and with a supermarket just at the corner.
