Great location and the staff was so kind and helpful. You can tell they genuinely love the area and want to share it.

We had the best stay! Our room had a beautiful sea view where we could see the sun set. The location was absolutely perfect, right by the ocean and right in the centre of town! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my partner's birthday very special by providing us with prosecco! The room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom and the breakfast was delicious!

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel in Cinque Terre verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist wirklich super und ideal, um die Umgebung und die Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service: Die beiden Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, herzlich und haben uns bei allem unterstützt – von Tipps zur Cinque Terre Card über Restaurantempfehlungen bis hin zu Reservierungen. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll gemacht. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, den wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le village à proximité de tout commerce et du port. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. L’accueil est souriant et chaleureux. Jessica est serviable et disponible et nous a énormément bien conseillés et informés. Nous recommandons sincèrement cet hôtel.

Perfect location, very clean and modern.

The location is excellent.
The staff are all really nice people and extremely helpful. Manarola is the cutest of all the towns on the Cinque terre and the hotel is 2 minutes away from a lovely swim.

Excellent hotel with amazing hosts. We arrived late afternoon after a long travel day and without a dinner reservation. Host Alberto got us a reservation for that evening---and we had a table with a waterfront view. He also made a reservation for the next evening, and we had a sunset view over the water. We were leaving very early on the third day before breakfast and Jessica told us to fill out a breakfast menu form for a packed takeaway breakfast for us---something that we did not expect. The room was clean, very comfortable bed and great shower. All in the heart of Manarola. We would stay again.

Location Location Location

Location is close to the harbour and lots of cafes and restuarants. Staff were excellent, very helpful, ranging from carrying my heavy case up to the 3rd floor to advising us on walks and which were the best restaurants. They provide a Via dell'Amore ticket too which was fantastic, allowing us to walk both ways so we could just wander along to Riomaggiore and back easily. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Our room had a view of the harbour and was spacious and comfortable.
