Odnos cene i kvaliteta los, hotel ne vredi za te pare.
Pros:

Lepa soba, udobni kreveti.

Cons:

Recepcija hotela je jako losa i neljubazna kao i konobari u hotelu.
Djakuzi na terasi prljav, terasu nisu cistili uopste za sve dane boravka.
Stede na peskirima, samponu, peskir za plazu je premali.
U restoranu u sklopu hotela ne moze da se pise hrana i pice na sobu, vec mora odmah kod njih da se plati, pa cak i kartice ne primaju pred kraj radnog vremena restorana.
Parking sa ovako skupim hotelom je jako mali.

Amazing hotel - Hospitality done right.
Pros:

What a delightful hotel, comfortable room and beautiful balcony, we were so sad we had to leave! They definitely know how to do hospitality. The room is bright, clean, spacious and has all the modern conveniences you can imagine. From a luxury bathroom with a Japanese toilet seat, walk in shower, toiletries and robe and slippers, to an extra large kingsize bed, modern smart TV and remote controlled curtains. The mini-bar was filled with big bottles of water and soft drinks, free of charge. The balcony has luxury and comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoys beautiful views of the bay. The staff are just lovely, they can't do enough for you, even if there is very little you can still ask for that isn't already there.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied, everything you can expect from a hotel buffet breakfast was there, including local specialties. We also really enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice and the coffees of choice, though be warned, the coffee is strong!

The location is perfect, it's right on the boulevard, a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, all the restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars and water sports that Saranda has to offer are right on the doorstep. We also booked a few sightseeing tours through Booking.com (highly recommended) and the pick-up points were also easily reached from the hotel.

Hospitality done right: Upon check in we got free ice cream from the hotel's ice cream parlour, in the afternoon we were surprised with a knock on the door and were presented with a fruit plate, we were offered a free speed boat tour of the bay, and upon check-out we each received a cold bottle of water for the trip back. They are small touches that just make a delightful difference.

Que el.inodoro sea automático, pero que haya que pedir que te den papel higiénico. Mas alla del inodoro especial, dejen papel higiénico en el baño

הנדיבות של הבעלים בכל פרמטר. כבר בצ׳ק אין קיבלנו גלידה כשהגענו לחדר שלחו לנו ייין וצלחת פירות למחרת בעל המלון לקח אותנו וזוג נוסף לשייט בספיידבוט ללא תמורה.

Otelin konumu çok güzel. Odamızı balkonu için suit seçmiştik zaten. Tam beklediğimiz gibiydi. Personel çok tatlı ve yardımsever. Odalar kullanışlı ve temizlik gayet iyi. İlk girişte dondurma ikramından sonra odamıza beyaz şarap ve meyve tabağı geldi. Çıkış yaparken verdikleri hediye çok güzeldi. Biz müsait olmadığımız için otelin özel tekne turuna katılamadık ama düşünmeleri bile yeterliydi. Herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

Cons:

Otelin tek eksiği bir bellboy olmaması. Resepsiyondaki kadın arkadaşlarımız yardımcı oldu ama bir bellboy olsa iyi olur.

Los empleados del hotel hacen de esta la mejor experiencia
Pros:

Moderna. La vista desde los balcones. El personal súper atento. El dueño ofreciéndonos un viaje en lancha para conocer brevemente la costa. Las empleadas del front desk super atentas, en especial Amanda. El encargado del bar que estaba siempre muy bien predispuesto.
