If you like unbelievable forest like view book it
Pros:

The Room View was unbelievable!
We asked for milk in the first day breakfast the next day they arranged it, very good breakfast.
Arpi she was very helpful, the only one can communicate in English, she arranged power adapter for us.
*Highly recommended*

Cons:

- they don’t have the facility of card payments
- they don’t have kitchen for lunch and dinner orders
- Staff don’t communicate in English only Armenian or Russian expect Arpi
- The Room doesn’t have ironing machine
- Most of taxi don’t reach the location easily (recommend to provide bigger sign boards with directions)
- they didn’t change or clean the room for the full stay which was 3 nights and nobody asked.
- One of the Staff was yelling over the phone (very high voice) in the night almost for full night.
- No uniform for Staff so we was guessing most of time the person is staff or guest
This place has a good potential to be a good rated hotel if they improve these points.

Pros:

Clean, cozy, quiet, great location if you come by car, parking space is large enough, breakfast was very nice with various foods. The interior is stylish and calm.

Cons:

The road is pretty difficult to pass when you turn from the main road (starting from Best Western). Could be a problem for low cars.
I would like to have a restaurant/kitcheninside, so you can order food anytime. Also the blankets were very warm, would be nice to have an option for summer. Otherwise everything was very cozy and clean, thank you!

Skvělý host, se vším nám pomohl. Hotel je velmi dobře vybaven. Výborná snídaně, hezký výhled. Jestli budu příště v Dilijanu určitě zůstanu znovu v Cone
