Pros:

Mr Primprey was an excellent host, always reachable a responsive. We could rent a scooter from him and he gave us many tips for trips in the neighbourhood.

Cons:

The fridge in the room was unplugged and therefore none of the drinks were cool. But we could purchase a cold drink from the bar at the reception.

Pros:

The location is just 2km out of the city and set in a peaceful setting surrounded by trees. The bed was the most comfortable one we've had our entire trip. The owner was friendly and helpful. He even organised freshly fried bananas for my daughter. He made coffee daily for us as well. Around the corner there is a lady who makes traditional rice flour doughnuts, which must be eaten hot and fresh. Wonderful stay.

Cons:

Nothing, although a suggestion for a bedside lamp for reading and maybe coffee sachets in the room would be nice. Take mosquito repellent with.

Pros:

Die Bungalows sind an für sich herzig und ziemlich neu. In meinem Bungalow war relativ dunkel, da es kleine Fenster hatte. Fenster mit Moskitonetz. Bett war bequem. Das beste ist, dass Pemprym der Besitzer einem von der Busstation abholt und bringt ohne etwas zu verrechnen.

Cons:

Duschen war leider nur mit kaltem Wasser in der Badewanne möglich.
Weit weg vom Zentrum und nichts in der Nähe ausser tÿpische Khmer Restaurants.

This place makes your visit a magical experience!
Pros:

What an exceptional stay! Being my first time in Cambodia, I was a little bit hesitant as the price is very low in my opinion but wow! I was blown away by the whole setup of this place, the beds are super comfortable, the space inside the bungalow is immaculately clean, you literally have everything that you need.

It’s certainly worth asking in advance about breakfast options, there are also other meal options available.

The host offers tours and he is one of the nicest people that I have met in my time here, you feel like part of his family, he is so respectful and great to communicate with.

The homestead is just on the outskirts of Battambang with less than a $2 ride away from the centre which is just fantastic!

I will definitely be back when I come back to visit.

Pros:

Mr Primprey, very helpful and makes a great coffee. Very prompt to respond to messages and requests. Bikes are a great bonus for getting around. Very nice family environment to stay in. Peaceful setting.

Great value in a quiet location
Pros:

Basic but clean and comfortable room. Primprey is a very nice man who was very helpful arranging a tour for us and made us a great breakfast for only $3 each. The property is a little out of town which we liked as it was quiet and we slept well! My daughter loved being able to have a bath 🙂. Really good value for money stay.

Cons:

Just small things…. The outside sitting areas could do with some TLC. It just looked a bit ‘unloved’ from the outside? Also a little more thought to the arrangement in the room would be helpful. There’s a mirror in the bedroom but you can’t see yourself in it because you can’t stand in front of it because of the arrangement of the furniture.
