Horrible experience. I have stayed in dozen hotels across london, this is the worst.
Pros:

The day staff was polite

Cons:

Never written a review but i chose to make an exception with this one. There is always noise from other rooms. They gave me a different room from what i paid for, and put me in a room with two single beds merged together which was uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep.

The bed was literally less than an arms length from the toilet and the room toilet doesn’t even have a proper door, so you are literally taking everything coming from the toilet on your bed.
I was also told by a staff to turn down the television in my room and the walls are thin. The facility is generally old and not modernised considering the price i paid.
