Breakfast need to be better
The Staff were really friendly and helpful and Hotel are great and clean. The included breakfast was very good with a huge range of food. There is also soop and tea and Coffy available all day for free by reception.

Location was good, nice balcony, clean and modernized building/facilities. Good sound proofing on rooms.
AC system was weak which made it difficult to cool down but did work well enough to sleep through the night. Breakfast options were limited, minimal fresh fruit options.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was excellent and very central, and the facilities were modern and clean. Quality-price was very good
The only downside was that our room had a column in the middle, which made it quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the food didn’t seem fresh and there was very little variety.

The location was perfect for my needs. The room was comfortable, clean and had a balcony. Very good breakfast, lots of it and wide selection of foods to choose from. The breakfast hostess was exceptionally kind and welcoming every morning, and her friendly manner made a real difference to my stay.
There was a misunderstanding regarding an additional night that I had booked online. While the issue was eventually resolved, the receptionist's approach to understanding what had happened could have been handled more professionally.
