Staff service was exceptional and the room and facilities were comfortable, clean and of a high standard
The breakfast was another disappointment. There was very little variety, and honestly, the food was not good.
The bathroom facilities were also extremely outdated. The shower equipment looks old and poorly maintained.
What I found particularly confusing was the bathtub. Isn’t a bathtub supposed to be used for taking a bath? We were told that we could not use it for bathing because it was considered dirty. Then what exactly is the bathtub there for — decoration?
If the bathtub is not allowed to be used, this should be clearly stated before guests book the room. It makes no sense to provide a bathtub but then tell guests they cannot actually use it.
The bathroom layout and facilities were also very inconvenient. There was no proper water spray/bidet next to the toilet, which is a basic facility that many guests would expect.
After staying here for nearly half a month, the problems just kept adding up — poor service, unclear additional charges, outdated facilities, disappointing breakfast, and inconvenient bathroom equipment.
For the price they charge, the overall experience is simply not acceptable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and would choose somewhere else in Vientiane next time.

Highly NOT recommended. I stayed here for almost half a month, and honestly, I regret it.
I stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The front desk staff work in two shifts. One shift was actually quite friendly and helpful, but the other shift had a male supervisor whose attitude was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. During our stay, we encountered several unexpected charges, and the pricing policies felt very unclear and inconsistent. It often seemed like they could come up with different reasons to charge guests extra money.
The most ridiculous example was the 500,000 kip smoking fine. If the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy and charges a fine, this should be clearly explained and displayed to guests before or at check-in, rather than being brought up afterward when there is an issue.
Even more frustrating, we had already booked and paid for the same room type, yet we were still asked to change rooms after checking in. We paid the same price but were expected to keep accommodating the hotel’s arrangements. This made the whole experience extremely unpleasant.
And it’s not just the service. The room facilities are also quite old and outdated. Considering the price, the overall quality and value for money are simply not there.
Maybe you can tolerate these problems if you only stay for one or two nights, but after staying for nearly half a month, all of these issues become much more obvious. For long-term guests, good service, transparent pricing, and decent room facilities should be basic requirements. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three.
If you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend thinking twice.
There are plenty of better options in Vientiane for the same price. Honestly, there is no reason to spend your money and end up having a frustrating experience.
Overall: Highly NOT recommended.
