Wonderful!
Pros:

Nice cozy hotel, away from from the noise, 20 min walk to the city center. Breakfast was super delicious with salad varieties and barista 😊 beautiful view to the city and to the Cathedral!

Cons:

Smell of the toilet (canalization) in the bathroom. But i think thats unavoidable, based on reviews of other hotels its a common issue in general in Tbilisi hotels.

Отель очень понравился. Все новое, чистое. Прекрасные завтраки, очень удобные кровати)) Отличное расположение. С ребенком часто использовали бассейн. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал.

I really liked the hotel. Everything was new and clean. Wonderful breakfasts, very comfortable beds :)) Excellent location. We often used the pool with my child. Friendly and welcoming staff.
