Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall — I would definitely return on my next trip to Seoul.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Ambassador Magok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Seoul!

Cons:

One thing to note is that the bed was on the firmer side, but that seems to be common in Korea and other parts of Asia where many people prefer firmer mattresses. After getting used to it, I actually slept very well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Comfortabel maar je moet niet te veel verwachten.
Pros:

Comfortabel hotel met een ruime kamer met uizicht op het LG center. Was een leuk uitzicht om even de wereld aan je voorbij te zien trekken. Gewoon een voldoende maar ik kom niet nog een keer.

Cons:

Eigenlijk alles wat je extra nodig zou kunnen hebben kost geld. Zoals een deken voor ons kleine kind. Een extra deken zou omgerekend 35 euro per nacht moeten kosten. Belachelijk. Ook het zwembad was dicht. En de dag dat het open was lastig te reserveren in het Koreaans. Uitgerekend in een hotel zou je mogen verwachten dat ze op zijn minst een vertaalde optie bieden. Ook waren er allerlei werkzaamheden rondom een beauty evenement in de hal beneden bezig. Dat was duidelijk belangrijker dan een betalend gezin met een klein kind dat ook graag lekker slaapt. Overigens is het ook nooit opgelost. Jammer en een gemiste kans.

Nice stay but could be better.
Pros:

Great location, close to Gimpo Airport, many eating spots nearby. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning system cannot be adjusted by the customer. It is set by the hotel. Was too warm for sleeping.

Friendly helpful staff - clean comfortable room
Pros:

Great variety at breakfast. Clean comfortable room. The best thing was they agreed to store a bag for me in between stays - very helpful.

The location is perfect.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was good. However, there was a noticeable smell of food being cooked coming into the room, and the housekeeping service was often delayed. Most days, when I returned after going out, the room had not been cleaned yet. Aside from the room cleanliness and the odor issue, everything else was generally satisfactory. If you are sensitive to smells, I would not recommend staying here.

Insgesamt sehr gutes Hotel.
Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, allerdings sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt an zwei Metrolinien und mit sehr guter Anbindung zu beiden Flughäfen.
