Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, в апартаментах было чисто (уборка номеров проводилась через день), мылась посуда, заправлялась постель. Удобно, что там же можно взять в прокат скутер и не заниматься его поисками по всему Улувату. Приятный, русскоязычный управляющий, сразу подсказал какие пляжи и достопримечательности стоит посетить и где можно вкусно покушать.
Отличное место, нам с супругой понравилось.
1. Туалет с ванной требует косметического ремонта, сифон подтекает.
2. Отсутствие утюга и гладильной доски.
3. Отсутствие стиральной машины (есть только услуга прачечной)
Терраса- это бесполезная площадь, чтобы на нее попасть нужно выйти из номера поднятся по общей лестнице. Хотя вид из нее открывается красивый !
Расположения топ до лучших пляжей на Бали
Красивая, со всеми принадлежностями и с хорошей клиентоориентированностью вилла, просторная, есть куллер, холодильник, уборка каждый день, свой бассейн. Рядом находятся самые чистые пляжи
Сам комплекс чуть находится внутри захолустья , далеко до магазина, но доставка исправила данную ситуацию
Everything! Beautiful villa! We even extended our stay! Even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! So peaceful! Super clean villa and just perfect! Will stay here over and over again!
The staff is amazing! So friendly, they literally assist with everything, and go the extra mile!
Theres also a mini bar and snacks which is lovely when you don’t feel like going to the shops or ordering online! Lovely space to chill, to work, to cool off in the pool and just a very cosy ambiance with al the pretty lights! Comfortable bed and always fresh bedding, lovely towels, amazing Sensatia toiletries!
We are extending our stay for the third time now!

El diseno del hotel en general y del cuarto y la terraza estaban increible! la cama comdisima, en general el cuarto muy moderno y cool. Igualmente el lindo detalle de recibirnos con una pequena canasta de frutas y una tarjeta personalizada es un plus. Una de las recepcionistas super amable y siempre en contacto para nuestras preguntas.
No es algo tan malo pero que la gente este enterada que el hotel esta en medio de la nada (lo cual lo hace genial si quieres descansar) pero la ruta para llegar en los grabs puede ser confusa y llevarte por atrás del hotel donde no hay acceso. Y que no hay venta de alimentos en el hotel así que puedes comprar para cocinar, salir o pedir a domicilio.
Absolutely stunning rooms! The staff were also really accommodating and allowed us to checkout late as I was sick. Highly recommend staying here and the view from the private balcony with the bathtub was beautiful.

Design in general is good.
First they gave us room without a tull and it was not comfortable, not private at all. The sink leaked just on your feet, remote control for a fan wasn't working, also TV. We called the staff and they really tried to help but after few hours the sink was broken again and the fix didn't help.
So basically because of missing curtains we asked to change rooms. They allowed us to move to another one. Cooler for water didn't worked there :) and also one remote controller as well. So my advice is to check your facilities if you promised to customers "luxury" experience.
We had a room with a patio and it is just useless, it's very far away from your main room, you need go out from your property, go upstairs etc. Also you need 4 hours to fill this huge bath and it has only cold water. So we didn't use it at all and it was spend of money, my advice – rent just default unit.
On general I saw better variants for even less money in this area
Это невероятная вилла и бесподобная дружелюбная команда отеля.
В отличии от очень многих балийских вилл эта сделана со вкусом и продумана.
Тут даже есть нормальный закрытый шкаф. Те кто давно на Бали знают какая это редкость.
Все очень чисто и каждый день хорошо убирались.
Очень удобно добираться до ближайших пляжей.
Все очень понравилось и идеальное соотношение цена/качество.
Еще хочу выразить огромную благодарность команде за то, что помогли организовать помолвку для нас с девушкой.
