Best place for an airport stop over.
Pros:

Great location. 3rd time I’ve stayed there and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a short stay close to the airport.

Birthday Staycation
Pros:

Appreciated the slice cake for birthday celebrants. Thank you Grand Westside Manila Bay for accommodating my request for free.
Kudos to Westside TEAM from Security, Front office F&B staff and recreational team making Filipino Brand of Excellence uphold in our entire stay.

Cons:

Floor lobby needs to improve floor ventilation no AC. Remove drawer handle as it scratch the FA of the birthday celebrants souvenir maybe.

Sehr tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, gerade für Flughafenverbindungen, das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Frühstück hervorragend und sehr viel Auswahl. Der Pool ist im 5 Stock, sowie das Gym. Poolhandtücher gibt es an der Umkleide am Pool. Räume sind nicht hellhörig. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Räume könnten etwas größer sein.

It was a great stay! Will definitely book here again!
Pros:

The value for the money was great, even with the breakfast included. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and very friendly. There was a shuttle service to go to nearby establishments. Food served during breakfast had plenty of variety. The hotel was very well-ventilated and had a very nice ambiance.

Cons:

Venue for breakfast can be improved. During our last day, there was a long queue for those who wanted to go to breakfast, there was also a lack of utensils due to the amount of people present in the dining area. It's best to be prepared in times like this especially as there was an event in the hotel and there were delegates staying there.

Also, I hope the hotel can be strict with swimming attire in the pool area. I noticed that there were guests not wearing proper swimwear and were instead wearing maong/denim shorts and cotton t-shirts, this greatly affected the cleanliness of the water in the pool. Please implement stricter rules in the pool area as this also affects hygiene and considering there are a lot of kids swimming, let's make sure guests are wearing proper swimming attire.

Gutes Hotel unmittelbar vom Flughafen
Pros:

Super zum Flughafen angebunden, perfekt für 2 Nächte vor dem Abflug. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war einfach der Hammer, wer aus der großen Auswahl nichts findet ist selber Schuld. Pool war auch sehr sauber und schön..

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und bei uns hat es leider etwas modrig gerochen.

Wonderful hotel with ambience ruined by all of the sales people in the lobby
Pros:

Absolutely everything! Wonderful buffet breakfast. Shuttle service to Ayala and Mall of Asia. Wonderful staff.

There was a major convention in town while we were there. Over crowded and loud.
Pros:

Close to the airport and bus terminal. Hotel row we call it.

Cons:

Was supposed to include airport shuttle and did not.

Only the buffet for breakfast. I wasn’t allowed to sit with my Hubbie since I wasn’t eating. We ate breakfast next door instead.

Robe that was hanging was filthy stained with lipstick and what looked like make up. Super yucky gross.

Bel hôtel bien situé à une vingtaine de minutes de l’aéroport. Chambres confortables, belles infrastructures. Room service 24h/24.

Cons:

Très rigide dans l’organisation, pas le droit d’utiliser la piscine après l’heure de checkout
