أعجبني رحابة و جميل الاستقبال من موظفين الاستقبال الاستاذ حسين و احمد و ضياء كانوا جدا ممتازين و متعاونين في جميع ما كان يطلب منهم في سبيل راحتنا الله يسعدهم و يبارك فيهم

عدم و جود مفاتيح على أبواب الحمامات كنت مربكة لنا لوجد الأطفال معنا

الموقع رائع والمسبح ممتاز

تعامل موظف بالاستقبال بشكل غير لائق والاتصال بي بشكل ملح جدااااااا ومزعج جدا جدا جدا وذلك لازالة ملابس علي واجهة الفندق و تم ابلاغه بمجرد العوده سيتم ازالتها الا انه و باسلوب غريب اصر علي عدم التاخير عن ساعه وهي طريقة غير مهذبه بالاخص عدم وجود افاده من قبل بعد السماح بذلك وعاود الاتصال لاكثر من مره بطريقة مزعجة جدا جدا جدا
