My best hotel in eastern region
Pros:

The best Hotel in Jubail.. very friendly and professional staff.. I would like to appreciate Mr. Sadiq for his help and professionalism during my stay as he helped me when there was an issue with my first room and he relocate me immediately to a better room

Cons:

The dinner time is up to 9pm in hotel restaurant.. it could stay for a little bit more longer.

تجربة جيده وهي ثاني زياره لنا للمكان
Pros:

حمام السباحه كان نظيف و كبير و الاشراف كان دائما متواجد
ومساحه الغرف كانت رائعه جدا
والنظافه الخاصه بالغرفه و بالمرافق في الفندق كانت ممتازه ممتازه

Cons:

الافطار جيد ولكن بطئ العاملين بسبب زياده عدد النزلاء كان عائق كبير من اجل تسريع تجهيزات الافطار
كما انه اثناء الخروج من الفندق لم يكن الشخص المسؤول عن اخذ الشنط موجود بسبب الضغط واضطررنا الى حمل اغراضنا بنفسنا

بعض النزلاء ياكلون في الممرات وريهة الاكل في كل مكان ولا يوجد مكان لمواقف السيارات

الهدوء وحترام الموظفين الاستقبال

Cons:

دخول عمال النظاف الي الغرف دون اذن والغرفه يوجد بها حريم واطفال وهذا امر غير مقبول نهائي
ولن اكرر الاقامه اذا استمر هذا الاجراء دون تعديل في انظمة الفندق يجي اولا ان يطرق الباب واذا لم تاتي اجابه خلاص يروح غرفه ثاني ولاكن العامل ترق الباب واحنا نيام الساعه 8 الصباح ثم فتح الباب كي يدخل لو ما انا صحيت من النوم ولا كان العامل دخل علي الحريم وهذا شي غير مقبول بنسبه للعوائل
