Das Presonal war super nett. Zimmer sauber und auch das Pool toll.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist keine Klimaanlage sondern ein großer LAUTER Ventilator, der noch dazu schlecht positioniert ist. Trotz 24h Betrieb auf 18°C, war die Raumtemperatur immer noch auf über 25°C.
Generell ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht optimal.

Snídaně dostačující, výborná káva a oceňuji, že káva volně přístupná celý den. Lokalita klidná. A když někde píšou, že není vhodné pro důchodce, tak tomu věřte :-)
Schody a kopce úmorné, ale je to prostě hornatá oblast, je třeba s tím počítat.

Cons:

Chyběli mi nějaké letáky s nabídkou výletů.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ideal zum Relaxen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel über den Dächern von Portoroz mit abwechslungsreichem Frühstück.
Äußerst nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und HotelmitarbeiterInnen.
Wir fanden den Pool, der sich über 3 Ebenen, zum Sitzen, zum Schwimmen, für Kleinkinder, erstreckt, als Highlight des Hotels.
Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotelgelände.

Cons:

Teilweise nicht fertige Elektroinstallationen, Kabel hängen aus Installationsschlauch.
Entwässerungsabdeckungen im Poolbereich teils gefährlich abgesunken, eingebrochen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Zum Frühstück kann ich nur sagen dass es sehr gut war und alles da war was man braucht. Zimmer top und ein gratis Parkplatz, was will man mehr.
Ein richtig tolles Hotel das man gerne weiter empfehlen kann.

Cons:

Nichts negatives zum Erwähnen.

Große komfortables Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück mit u.a. frischem Obst, Lage etwas oberhalb des Zentrums.

Very welcoming staff. Great pool and pool area - some of the best sun loungers we've ever used. Our boys loved the three pools.

Cons:

Some small issues with the room - dripping air conditioning unit, broken toilet seat and lighting that got hot and smelled of burning when used. If we had stayed longer i'm sure the staff would have fixed these.
