Necesidad de mejorar la atención al cliente
Pros:

La ubicación, cercana a la estación de buses, el desayuno muy rico y bien dispuesto. La limpieza por parte de las mucamas.

Cons:

1. Poca disposición de los/a recepcionistas para atender a los requerimientos y preguntas de sus huéspedes. En particular, una señora a quien le preguntamos en 2 oportunidades respondió de muy mala manera, ceño fruncido y nos dijo: "hablen solo en inglés" (porque éramos latinos). Sin embargo, nos quedamos en recepción para comprar agua de la máquina expendedora y escuchamos cómo esa señora le respondía primero a unos huéspedes italianos, con una gran sonrisa y hasta gestos para poder ayudarlos. Después lo mismo con unos franceses, que tampoco hablaban inglés, pero trató de ayudarlos con toda amabilidad. En fin, primera vez en un viaje que nos ocurre esto. Lamentable.

2. Al reservar solicitamos una cama matrimonial (porque somos un matrimonio), pero nos dieron dos camas individuales, que se abrían en medio y con el calor sofocante era muy difícil conciliar el sueño.

3. Se sugiere instalar frigobar y/o dispensador de agua filtrada.

Dejligt sted, men servicen kunne være bedre
Pros:

Beliggenheden er fantastisk. aircondition fungerede superfint.

Cons:

Wifi fungerede dårligt - røg tit af. Havde betalt for udsigt og bedt om 4 sal og op, da 2. sal er blokeret af træer - fik 2. sal. Først 3' gang jeg bad om håndklæde lån til pool, havde de et vi kunne låne mod depositum (vi var to personer). Da det skulle afleveres holdte de 2 euro tilbage til vask - dårlig stil.

Being next to a lift. I installed the myNoise app to drown out the sound. Could have done with being able to lower the aircon.

Pros:

Perfect position with bus stop right below and access to the sea across the street.
Decent room.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit narrow and without windows was the only downside.
The staff is very strict on timing.
