Fabelhaft. Die Lage war sehr gut, nur 10min zu Fuß zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Centro. Für mich persönlich war es sehr sauber, mein Partner meint, ihm seien ein paar Staubfusel und Haare aufgefallen, ich persönlich habe aber nichts von dem gesehen. Alles ist sehr modern. Es ist hell und jedes Detail ist mit Bedacht so eingerichtet. Man hat viel Platz. In der Suite, wo wir waren gab es einen großen Balkon, zwei Fernseher, zwei Klimaanlagen, zwei Deckenventilatoren, ein Bügeleisen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, einen großen Schrank im Schlafzimmer, einen Ganzkörperspiegel. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Es war sehr ruhig, wir hatten den ganzen Pool für uns. Der Pool war sehr sauber, täglich wird frisches Wasser eingefüllt. Das WLAN war hervorragend. Das Bett und das Sofa waren sehr bequem. Die Klima sehr modern und gut. Im Bad hat man reichlich Platz, um seine Kosmetik zu verstauen. Die Dusche ist groß und man fühlt sich nicht eingeengt und trotzdem fließt kein Wasser raus. Der Wasserdruck ist super und Warmwasser ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team war sehr einfach und problemlos und man ist sehr höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend mit uns umgegangen. Man bekommt auf Wunsch immer neues Trinkwasser, wenn man möchte.
Es ist die beste Unterkunft unserer Mexiko-Reise und die Unterkunft mit einem der besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnissen, in denen ich jemals war. Falls wir wieder nach Merida kommen, buche ich wieder hier.

Apartment was great with all the facilities you would expect. The bed was comfortable and enormous. The sofa and living area were comfortable with aircon and a fan to escape the heat. Bathroom and shower also great and the pool felt wonderful after a day in the Mexican sun. Location super convenient, you can walk into the city centre or take a quick/cheap taxi. Drinking water was also provided on arrival which was a miracle after a long day flying.

Super close to the bus terminal, so great starting place for any trips.

The room was spacious with a wonderful shower and a very comfortable bed.
The hotel is self serve but when we arrived Saydi was there and she was extremely helpful.
The hotel is very clean and it has a lovely swimming pool.
We felt very safe, in the hotel and walking late at night.

Appartement clair, calme et agréable! Grand lit confortable. Grand frigo. Eau filtrée sur demande. Jolie cour avec petite piscine, terrasse (table et chaises pour chaque unité). Grande disponibilité et efficacité de la gérante Paulina (Muchas gracias!) Les nombreux conseils qu’elle nous a donnés. La propreté des lieux et le soin qu’y apportent les dames de ménage ( gracias Saydi!). L’éclairage, les ventilateurs et la clim efficaces. 2 grands écrans de télé. Les photos reflètent bien ce qu’il y a sur place. On trouve à s’approvisionner pas très loin; buanderie assez près où on s’occupe de faire notre lessive, pratique! Petit séchoir pliant. Bonne douche. Serviettes pour piscine fournies. Quelques cafés et restaurants, parc et petit marché à explorer dans le coin.

Personnel Hotel ( Paulina ) extrêmement sympathique, très réactif et toujours près à vous aider.
Appartement très propre. Bon équipement ( sauf ustensiles de cuisine 1 seule poêle/ 1 seule casserole et pas d'egoutoir pour les pâtes...)
Très geand lit . Très confortable.
