Need to improve the service
Pros:

the room furniture was good and room itself was clean

Cons:

There was a wedding party or something similar in the restaurant on top of our room that stayed until 1:30. When we checked in they said it should end at midnight, but it continued much later. Also it is hard for the taxi to find as it is behind a restaurant. room was good but appliances could were not plugged in and we could not plug it in. Remote for TV was missing, i called and tried to talk to the desk, but the desk works only after 10:00 AM

Pros:

Отличный отель после непонятных номеров совкового типа в центре. ОЛД Батуми отвечает всем требованиям понятно что были вложены немаленькие деньги всё продумано материалы дорогие в отделке но как обычно человеческий фактор строители безрукие силикон в душе размазан повсюду и много недоделок отсутствует решётка вытяжки над кухней большая дырка непонятная и так далее, завтрак не стоит брать абсолютно не берите его видать загруженность маленькая и поэтому особо не напрягаются Найдите какое-то кафе поблизости и позавтракайте это будет правильным решением. В общем и целом вложение и начало отличное но реализация и обслуживания бизнеса очень слабое своё детище надо мониторить.

Для такого уровня отеля завтрак никакой

اطلالة الفندق جميله من جهة البلكونه
الطاقم مريح ومتعاون
يوجد مصعد
دوراة المياه يوجد بها شطاف
يعتبر افضل فنظق من الفنادق التي سكنت بها
تواصل الفندق قبل الوصول عبر الواتس اب

عند فتح البلكونه وتركها دخول بعض البعوض والحشرات
موقع الفندق يعتبر بعيد عن وسط المدينه
مبنى الفندق يعتبر خلف مبنى وليس واضح على الشارع العام
عدم توفر ضيافة ماي شاي سكر كوفي
عدم توفر زباله بالغرف وهذا لاحظته في جميع الفنادق

Cons:

The hotel itself was decent, far from city centre.But the staff made the experience very disappointing. They didn’t seem to know the basic standards of customer service or hospitality. They spoke to us in a rude and overly informal manner, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. Guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope the management provides better staff training to improve the quality of service.

Pros:

Останавливались в гостинице Old Batumi на 1,5 дня и остались очень довольны. Отель практически новый, построен всего пару лет назад, поэтому всё современное, чистое и ухоженное. Номер был комфортным и уютным, есть всё необходимое для проживания: телевизор, холодильник, микроволновая печь, посуда и другие удобства. Всё работало исправно, везде было очень чисто. Отличное место для отдыха в Батуми. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и рекомендуем этот отель другим путешественникам.

Needs overall improvements
Pros:

Airport was really easy to reach even by feet.

Cons:

During our stay unluckily we had not a good service:
* 1st room they gave us was dirty.
* ⁠We asked if we could have had some arrangements and decorations in the room for our marriage and the answer was they could have asked but we didn’t get anything anyway;
* ⁠HK came ONLY when we asked for and NEVER changed the linen.
* the towel for the shower were changed ONLY after requesting to the reception desk at night
* ⁠the ceiling was leaking from the light and never fixed despite we requested two days
* ⁠we had to ask for toilet paper as no HK came to clean and check the bathroom
* Due to the missing things described above we had to go to the reception really often but most of the time no one was there
* ⁠Shower doors were not sealed so the bathroom was getting wet every single time
* the reception staff was not so helpful about indication of the city attractions.
* at the time we left the hotel, the receptionist just took the card without even asking how was the stay. We said bye and thank you but we didn’t get any answer.

Приветливые менеджеры на рецепшн. У нас был поздний заезд (в 1.30 ночи) - нас ждали. Ванная комната: гигиенический душ, большие хорошие полотенца, тапочки, одноразовые зубные щетки и паста. В номере большие удобные кровати, красивый вид с балкона.

Pros:

В отель собирались просто переночевать, так как должны были приехать поздно ночью... всё понравилось, такое ощущение что никто никогда не жил в номере, всё новое, полотенца и белье белоснежные, есть балкон, минимум посуды, много парковочных мест, можно смело оставлять машину и ехать в центр на такси

It was alright!
Pros:

The facilties were very luxurious and the staff at the reception was really nice

Cons:

During our stay, a wedding took place on the last floor and it was quite loud for many hours. Thankfully they stopped somewhere around 12. Although a restaurant was stated to be on the roof, it wasn't operating and although we could order in our room, the chef wasn't present. Bad luck I guess. We also couldn't get the room phone to work, there was no way we could reach the reception unless we went downstairs. But honestly, it wasn't that bad, there was room cleaning and fresh towels every day so we enjoyed that.
