Pros:

Locatia buna. Micul dejun nu foarte diversificat dar, relativ ok.

Cons:

Lipsa unui dulap pentru haine. Produsele pentru baie (sampon, gel de dus) insufuciente (a trebuit sa imi cumpar de la market). Baia nu are un suport pentru gel de dus si sampon. Amplasarea cosului pentru hartie din baie era destul de incomad de manevrat. Hartia igienica nu avea suport. In camera se simtea miros de igrasie. Personalul subdimensionat, exemplific: persoana de la receptie se ocupa si cu servirea micului dejun; curatenia in camere se incepea foarte tarziu, in doua din cele 7 zile au venit sa faca curatenie dupa ora 12:30 cand noi eram deja intorsi de la plaja evident am spus ca este prea tarziu pentru curatenie deoarece doream sa ne odihnim, in alta zi nici nu s-au mai obosit sa vina sa intrebe daca dorim sa faca curatenie; in orele de odihna (12-17 pm) se auzea zgomote de aspirator si mutat de mobila din camerele unde probabil se efectua curatenie etc.

Good stay, could be great with a few tweaks
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Martin at front desk was helpful.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t very strong - we had it on 16* for 2 nights - usually that’d be freezing for us but it was far from 16 degrees. The shower pressure isn’t great and sprays all over the shower. Would be great for them to offer beach towels.

Lovely and clean stay
Pros:

Very nice accomodation, very good positioning and you easily reach beaches and restaurants. Very helpful personnel which gave us recommended restaurants, beaches, stores and a lot more places. Enjoyed everything!!

Cons:

The only discomfort was that it was very hot in the room when we arrived. Would help the guests if the personnel turns on the AC one hour in advance. Also the AC was not blowing too cold in our room.

Good hotel but overpriced like everything in Ksamil
Pros:

The rooms were modern, clean and good for a couple of days of a stay in Ksamil. Parking is available but Albanian style, the location is good and close to many nice restaurants. The people at the hotel are outstanding.

Cons:

It's too small of a hotel for a weeks stay or more, all beaches closeby are heavily overpriced and soundwise party beaches. So we had to walk 30 minutes or take the car to get to a reasonable beach.
