The property has so much character. It’s in such a great location, very good value for money and comfortable with the friendliest staff. Particularly, we must mention how accommodating Matt was, whose service was exceptional and he really added to our Hobart experience!

Pros:

Really loved the decor both in the main areas and my room. Breakfast was just what I needed, a bit more than basic continental I would say. A very comfortable bed and quiet. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Disappointed in how hard it was to park the car.
Pros:

Loved the spaceness of the room and the decor of the dining area.

Cons:

Not impressed with the lack of parking. Traffic was quite noisy.
Water jars lid was mouldy...yuck
Curtains didn't shut properly.

Cons:

Rooms were lovely in period but the bathrooms a little dated with an 80s style wall hairdryer that sparked! However comfy beds. Library/quiet room lovely just yearning for some art!

Mooie historische en goed gelegen locatie met zeer ruime kamer en prettige sfeer voor een betaalbare prijs.
Pros:

Enorm grote kamer, meer een appartement, met 3 compartimenten, 2 slaapgedeeltes, heerlijke bedden en ondanks dat het in de kelder was, hebben we daar geen hinder van ondervonden. Warm genoeg, koelkast, thee- en koffie faciliteiten, magnetron (die helaas niet schoongemaakt was). Mooi historisch pand, goed gelegen! De prijs was erg goed.

Cons:

De badkamer met toilet en douche verdient een verbetering, t is oud en dat geeft ook geurtjes. Daarnaast hadden we iets meer van het ontbijt verwacht, we misten eieren en een pot koffie.
